We had a great experience from the reservation via phone, the welcoming, seating, food, music until the celebration and goodbye.
We were warmed welcome by Ms. Caterina at the front and sat on the terrace upstairs. The seatings with the warmer were great in this weather. There was a live music by a nice musician who is engaging the customers. He even did a live celebration song for us although we only informed them 15 minutes before arrival and via the phone that we will celebrate something.

The food was great and delicious! We ordered

زرت المطعم مرتين مره غدا ومره عشا كانت بعيد الاضحى المكان كان زحمه قدرنا ندخل بدون حجز الديكور لطيف الموسيقى جميله الاضاءه جميله بالنسبه الخدمه كانت وسط نزلو الطبق الرئيسي قبل الشرب وتاخروا بالبيتزا السلطه عباره عن جرجير حسيت اني معزه السلمون لذيذ بس السوس للدجاج مو سمك اعطي المطعم تقييم ٣ من ٥

The reception man, when I came to the restaurant, the tables were full, and we were waiting in line. Unfortunately, people came after me (ladies). They asked to sit at the bar, and I wanted to sit with my wife at the tables. They were presented as going to sit at the bar, but they were seated on the empty table, not the bar. I filed a complaint. To the restaurant manager, but I hope he takes action against the employee who was at the reception for his bad behavior.

المكان حلو والاكل لذيذ الخدمه سيئه الموظفين فيهم شوفة نفس واللي اسمه البيرتو يفتقر للإحترافيه يشيل الصحن واحنا ناكل

In Luv with the design and the vibes was amazing, Friendly employee full of welcoming and kindness? Pink pasta was good

- الأكل شي حلو و شي عادي مقارنة للمكان و الاسعار.
• المقبلات حلوه ، البيتزا عادية ، الريزوتو والباسا حلوين ، المشروبات طعمها ماي يفضل مشروبات غازيه.
- الحجوزات مو بالوقت بالضبط، يعني تحجز و تجي و تنتظر فوق انك حاجز.
- ستايل المطعم و الصحون حلوين
- طاولتنا كانت جنب اللي حق التجهيز و ازعجنا بالشوكات و الملاعق والصحون، و لدرجة انه وهو يرتب حط المنيو على طاولتنا لين يجمع اغراضه ‍️

تعامل سيء جداً من قبل الهوست غير لبق بالكلام ، الحجوزات تتم عن طريق الموقع وكل شي ماشي تمام بس لما تروح لهم تبي طاولتك اللي حجزتها بالموقع يقولون لا عالانتظار ، ماارجع له ولا بفكر اكل منه من بعد هذه الفوضى.

TLDR: One of the best Italians in town - best to book a reservation over the weekends. Even if you don't reserve and go, then it's worth all the wait!

- Our new favourite go to Italian restaurant
- Great atmosphere, delicious food, fast service
- Al batata or patata? Were amazing, so were the Bruschetta trio
- Pulled ribs pizza was delicious (definitely give that one a try)
- Risotto was alright, but I'll be trying the pasta next time
- Some good choices for drinks too, we had ordered Mixed berries mojito and Pineapple and cinamon - both were tasty
- The complimentary starters of bread pieces with olive oil were also delicious
- The tables are a bit tight, and it was overcrowded over the weekend but well worth the visit and will definitely visit again

My only suggestion would be let the staff know to bring the starters first, then give you a bit of time and then main courses that are being shared one after the other. We got the starters and the mains relatively quickly, so we had to eat quickly! Otherwise, the pizza and the risotto were getting cold!

Highly recommended.

استقبال الدخول يحسسونكم داخلين مطعمك ومرح الموظفين ولطافة مديرهم والأكل الإطالي الأصلي اللذيذ من يد طباخهم الايطالي

تعامل الي عند الباب صراحه سيئ وسياسة المطعم سيئة تتصل الرقم مغلق ومافيه اي وسيلة تقدر تحجز منها صراحه اخذت انطباع سيئ وماراح ارجع له

First time and definitely not my last.
Came with group of people and we tried so many dishes
Very tasty and well presented
The service was good
Coffee was good and the dessert lovely
The place is amazing 10/10

الدور الأول في كل شي المكان زحمه لازم حجز مسبق، عندهم عروض حيه كل كم ساعه، الدور الثاني عادي وفي جلسات خارجيه بس باقي مافتحت
بالنسبة ل الاكل فا المقبلات مااذكر كثير اسمها بس كرات رزيتو ومعاها جبنه و كرات هذي شي رهيب وفيها تقريبا لحم او دجاج وفي نوع ثاني نباتي اسمها il fogo tost حلوه بس مو مثل الاوله
طبق السلمون و لا غلطه يستحق التجربه ️

Food is good, waiters are nice and attentive, prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants in the same category, But the hostesses and the guy at the reception are not professional at all! Neither their appearance nor their attitude. Please pay attention to this point. Good luck.

المكان اكله لذيييذ و الكميات قليلة جدا جدا جدا كميتها قليلة ما تنفع للمشاركة. الخدمة ممتازة. لاكن بس خلصت من الحساب قالو لي اطلع عشان يبون الطاولة. الصراحة ماعجبني هذا الشي يبون يعجلوني. و ظلت المسؤولة تروح و تجي تبي تقومنا.

Very bad experience!

The ITALIAN CHEF kicked us out of the resturant twice! He was very rude to the point that he start shouting infront of everyone saying that he will call the security for us.i’m very disappointed i thought such luxury resturant should train their staff on how to deal with their customers!

I came in advance and I told the lady that we are 7! It is not my fault that the lady in reception didn’t arrange and inform the other staff! Instead of apologizing to us for dragging us to the table! Yet the Italian guy started shouting on us

Food was good, overall atmosphere of the place is great. Food service was poor as we waited about 40 minutes to find out that the staff forgot to serve our dish.

Recepition guy poorly handled the situation by using the excuse that we did not have a resevation. I rather not be seated to enjoy my food some place else. To be fair, he was welcoming to find us seated without a reservation, but poorly handled a mistake by another mistake. I also asked him for the reciept, and he completely ignored me.

It is unfortunate that I had an unpleasant experience as it is a very good restaurant. My comments are only to improve the place as it just opened and mistakes are part of the beginning.

حاجزه عن طريق الموقع من بعد ١٢ وتم تاكيد الحجز ، ولما رحت لهم يقولون لي لا الحجز يعتبر على يوم اخر! وهو بالتاريخ و الوقت am ، والساعه البيولجيه للخلق و السستم برضو يقولون غلط / على كذا قفلوا حجوزات من بعد ١٢ am عشان الناس ماتطق مشوار على ستاف غير متدربين وغير محترمين ، حرام فيكم النجمه.

واخيرا فتح بالخبر مطعم متكامل يرتقي لمستوى مدينة الخبر الجميلة ، الاكل ايطالي لذيذ جدااااا وكل الانواع الي جربتها لذيذة وغير دسمه ، وخدمة التقديم لطيفة وسريعه وطاقم محترم وبشوش ومبتسم ، واكثر شي يميز المكان اناقة وجمال الاواني الي يقدمون فيها الاكل ، يقدم المطعم عرض موسيقي لمدة دقيقتيين كل ساعه ، للي يحبون الاجواء الصاخبة والاكل المميز بيعجبهم المكان ، ويتطلب حجز مسبق.

I along with my family visited on weekend and I must say it was all worth the wait. The food, the service, the ambience and the overall vibe of this place is amazing. As it was a weekend it was completely packed and were told that it might take atleast an hour to get a table but we got it in 30 minutes.we would definitely visit again in sha Allah

Unacceptable behavior by the receptionist. She told us to wait for 30 minutes and we waited, we came back after 35 minutes then she said no you have to wait for another 40 minutes, this is ridiculous and unacceptable, we are not here to dine for free. You need to have propor customers service and treat your customers with dignity. Never ever going back again.

خساره عليهم النجمه بس عشان اكتب كومنت التعامل سيئ جداً انا جايه من بعيد على حجزي ويقولي الحجز غلط اذا المشكله من السستم حقكم غيروه او احد يرد على الرقم الي حاطينه لان مو معقوله الحجز الي عندي بالوقت والتاريخ وتقولي غلط قفلو الحجوزات من بعد الساعه ١٢ عشان ماتعيشون هالتجربه الخايسه مع الزباين! اذا التعامل سيئ اكيد الاكل نفسه.
