Worst experience in my life.i did'not seen before a hyderabadi restaurant this type of food served.

Good place for eat and very cheap specially roti and dal. Other item also very good. Karak tea was fabulous.

Food is tasty, spicy proper Hyderabadi you can say.moreover they serve hot n fast service. Try out mutton fry with gravy n mutton tahari its tasty. Far from my work but worth having lunch here comparing to other hyderabadi restaurants around this place.

UPDATE: Took Mutton Fry (18SR) and Chicken Kadai (SR12) on Oct 19,2019. Mutton had 90% fat and was not edible. Kadai had smell (seems like it was from day before).

1. Good food (especially Tahari, Bagara, Kheema) - DISCLAIMER: one can try some Hyderabadi food (from India) but the food here is not a 100% representation of authentic Hyderabadi food
2. They have one special dish every day (like only Biryani for Friday lunch)
3. Also has some food catering service (if one needs for 50+ people)
4. Also has a take away service for one or more dishes
5. Tea is good
6. Most people who dine here are low income singles who have some bread (roti) and some curry (may be for SAR5)
7. Dishes are in range of SAR10-20
8. It is better to have a bottled water with disposable glass
9. Hard to find parking (do not do double parking as you may be fined)
10. No family dining area (only for single males)
11. Do not visit immediately after isha prayer as it take 15 minutes after they open to start taking orders
12. Some dishes have spice on higher side
13. The staff during lunch time is best

Today i eaten keema Khichri taste was bland.and more thing service was not good hear, caresless

This is Hyderabadi (Indian) Resturant, where you can find spicy dishes. The main items served here are Fry Mutton, Chiken Masala, Chicken 65, Tomato chicken, Mutton biryani and Chicken biryani with complementary dish like Daal. As per my opinion the taste is not that good. At noon you can find fresh dishes

Indian Hyderabad restaurant. Food quality is in acceptable range.recommended to improve their response time of staff members.

I am a Daily Customer of HOT SPOT Restaurant (Thuqba 16th Cross).
For Morning Breakfast and Night Dinner.
I usually take dine-in, But Today Morning i was lil late for my office.
So i asked Them to make 2 parcel for Egg and Roti with Daal (Not 1st Time)

He handed over me 2 Eggs with roti in a foil and 2 persons Daal in a single bowl.
I requested him please make separate bowl for Daal as this is for someone else.

He got very Hyper and handed over me DAAL in PLASTIC BAG’s.so again i asked him to please give at-least 1 plastic bowl for other person, for me its ok will eat in Plastic bag itself No problem.

But again in very hyper mode he refused to give me bowl.
So I asked him brother how can I ask other person to eat this DAAL? Should I ask him to put it on Floor or Table and eat, (please give me a bowl).

He was like I won’t give you a bowl.

I was like ok then just cancel the order I will take the same from other Restaurant.
And he was like I won’t give your money back you have to take this.

Then I said how can you do this,
OK, will pay you extra 1 riyal now please give me a bowl.
Again in angry mode he said no I won’t give you bowl even if u pay me.
I Said but why? I’m even ready to pay you extra 1 riyal for just a bowl.
Before 3 to 4 days the other person from your restaurant itself gave me
A bowl for free, now why can’t you give me even after paying extra 1 riyal.

He was like there must be no Plastic bag so he gave you the bowl.
I said no, 1st he gave me in plastic bag I requested him to give 1 extra bowl and he gave me.
Then why can’t you give me today.

And In a proud Feel he said me “Hello. I have more than Thousand Customers I don’t care if I lose 1”

Then I got very angry and I shouted him “What should I do with your Thousand Customers just give me a bowl and I will pay for it” I don’t care how many customers you have but surely I won’t ever come to HOT SPOT again.

As soon as I shouted everyone in the restaurant started looking at us.
And at the end he said give me 2 Riyals then I will give you a bowl (only because everyone was looking at us.)

Then I shouted again what the hell is this, you could have asked me for 2 Riyals or 3 Riyals whatever the cost is Before all this matter to happen, I was ready to pay. He was like just take and go.
(They don’t have respect for their Customers only because they have thousands of Customers, Such a shame on HOT SPOT Restaurant, Where are they going to take this attitude to? I guess they will Lose all their Customers one day due to not valuing their Customers)
