قلت له ابي مايونيز برا قال مافيه الا المايونيز الكبير وش هالنصب هذا ترا انا ماطلبت علبه ومش احتياجي علبه انا كنت ابي شيء صغير بس استغلال مليون وكذب ولف ودوران مطعم مشهور زي كذا مافيه مايونيز اكياس طلبت مايونيز اوت سايد بس مش احتياجي استغلال بكل شيء ووقاحة كل ماله ينزل مستوى المطاعم السريعة اول شي مناديل مايحطون بعدين مايونيز بعدين بيشيلون كل شيء بيبيعون لك القراطيس بس

للاسف هارديز اغلب فروعه قديمه و النظافه فيها معدومه والعماله اذا زاد الضغط عليها ما تهتم بنظافه الطاولات ولا المكان ويجيبون لك الاشياء غلط و تقعد تلاحق وراهم

The chicken was fibrous and hard. It was freshly cooked but the quality of chicken was very bad. My daughter complain and was unable to eat. I tried and chicken was not something edible. Suggest use range free chicken without hormones. Americana is generally very poor quality.

Can't go wrong with Hardee's. Good service good food. Better than the KFC next to it lol.

جربت المطعم ٣ مرات و طلبت عرض الغداء. لخم برجر ماله طعم و مطاطي. النظافة في تحسن بس للأسف دائم بطني يمغصني بعد وجبتهم.

تشكيلة من الهمبرجرات بأسعار طبيعية. وغني عن الوصف. لكن لاحظت ردائة نظافة دورات المياه على كلام رئيس الفرع انه كان هناك مشاركة احد الأندية. ولكن يجب التنظيف والحرص على ذلك.

If there is below one star trust me they deserve it, long time waiting around 20-45 minutes and it's not crowded and no apologies or even smiling, to be honest bad choice this branch.

The beef burgers seem to taste the same, I ordered the big boss and it tastes exactly like the super start burger. The service isn't that good. One of the employees likes to argue with the customers. They also don't listen when you ask them to not add a specific item.

As a person who is entering the driving through so i don't want to get out the car and have my order and leave but this employee who is called Hassan Miah tell me to go away and i thought i am having my order on the next step but there is no step and i waited for a while but there is nothing and i had to turn over again and wait in the line again so i can receive my order
This not a professional way to deal with customers and a system that follows

And when i told the employee i am going to writ a complain his attitude like do what you want to do it doesn't matter and he dont care like there is no punishment or anything like having the customers to be comfortable

صراحة المطعم تحسن جدا من اخر مرة زرته فيها قاطعتهم فترة لان الاكل كان دون المستوى المطلوب وكان سعره غير مناسب للوجبات القدمة (لكن) زرت عدة فروع خلال هذا الشهر والاكل صار حلو افضل بكثير من قبل خاصة السوبر ستار تستاهل قيمتها وفي شي ثاني مقرمش اكلته كانه اصابع دجاج مقرمشة هم لذيذة جدا

من ناحية التقيم 4 نجوم بسبب:

كل الافرع الي زرتها من قبل للان ما فيها مدخل معاقين في جهة العزاب العائلات الله اعلم ما ركزت عليها
٢- كل الفروع فيها دورة مياه وحدة صغيرة نوعا ما السمين مو مرة بزيادة بس السمين شوي وفيه عرض ما راح يرتاح فيها غير كذا كلهم مرحاض فرنجي (كرسي مرحاض) ولا يوجد مرحاض ارضي
٣-دائما مواقف السيارات قليلة ولا تكفي خاصة فالويكند او نهاية الاسبوع

غير كذا الفرع لطيف وحلو مرتب ونظيف الاستقبال كان جيد جدا الاضائة مريحة للعين وفي موسيقى واغاني بصوت منخفض معطية المكان جو ونت تاكل
اي صح المايونيز الي في علبة افضل بكثير من الي فالكيس طعمه حلو وحسيته طازج حافظو عليه

الموظفين يعاملونك كشحاذ، ولا عندهم فن التعامل والمخاطبة، مستحيل تطلب طلبك باللغة العربية ويكون دقيق.

تم الطلب من خلال تطبيق المطعم الخاص وتم تجهيز الطلب خلال ٥ دقائق بالفرع المذكور و التوصيل استغرق اكثر من ساعة وعدم تعاون مع ارقام التواصل الخاصة فيهم ووصول الطعام غير طازج لمدة التوصيل المتأخرة مع العلم انه المسافة لا تستغرق ٥ دقائق الى عنوان التوصيل

The best burger in KSA. Really loved their burger and fries. Very good with good amount of sauces. The hot spicy chicken i loved the most

اجمل طلب عندهم لو اكله كل يوم مااشبع منه
وسريعين يجهزون لك الطلب في اقل من 5 دقايق

اول اعطيه ٤ نجوم الآن حده ٣ وذلك لكثرة المنافسه
يعني إذا تبي تقارن جرب زاويه البرقر قبل ما تروح
وتجرب تحتاج تأمين شامل على أصابعك من جد.

Closed the lobby on a Saturday afternoon. Lol oh well I'll go to McDonald's. Some of us drive vehicles too big for a drive thru. I'll personally avoid hardes just because it annoyed me. God bless capitalism

IN THIS BRANCH: TO CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Please replace the person handling the drive thru during (afternoon) period, he was not friendly and not proffesional, he ALWAYS shows that he is forced to work in Hardees and he hate it there. This branch is losing money because he treat the customers with same attitude of (i am sad here and every customer must know it too) this is bad energy. You Must replace him to bring back customers.

If your taste is for junk food then you can't go wrong but people here have no concept of what fast food mean here

Honestly I ate big hardee before studying for my physics exam and now I feel like my mood where flipped upside down just before I ate it my mood were good and I was thinking of studying a lot and then I ate it and now I am literally questioning my existence.
