حبيت هذأ الفرع سبب الموظف من الجنسيه البنغلاديشيه اسمه حسين مره محترم واخلاق وادب واسلوب راقي ورائع واستقباله للزبائن بكلمات تصنع يومهم اهني هارديز عليه والله العظبم واكلهم فرش ويعطونك الطلب حار جدآ

The cashier doesn't clear anything proper response speaks arrogantly an employee with no discipline how can he get customers there a bad company in my experience

اسؤ تجربه فرع تلال الدوحه حي القصور
خدمه سئ جدا جدا جدا من قبل الموظف الكاشير وهو نفسه موظف تجهيز الطلبات لم اقوم بتكرار التجربه مره اخرا

Date 28/1/23 Time 9: 35 p.m. Very bad satisfaction.very very bad experience they don't care about customers.staff and manager very rood they need more experience hospitality management " this is the one word answer.they only want time pass on duty.

بصراحه ممتاز وهارديز اعتبره من الذ المطاعم الي اقدم البرجر ولكن يعيبه سعره مرتفع مقارنة بالمنافسين زي ماك وبرجر كنج

فيه شيء غريب انا طلبت سانتفي وجاني البرجر كأنه ستربس!

تكلمت مع الموظفة في فترة العصر وضبطت الطلب بعدين

المطعم يستحق التجربة والتكرار

كانو سريعين الحين العمال كسولين وبهملوا الفواتير جالس ساعة ومطيحين فاتورتي في سلة الزبالة الله يكرمكم وبعد ساعة حصلتا الفاتورة وبدأ تحضير الطلب

أصبح ينافس بتقديم الوجبات بسرعة التنفيذ
مازال كما هو لم تتغير النكهات بشكل كبير
تعاملهم راقي كما كانو

I came 2 days ago at 3 am and they said no dine in it because we close at 3
Today i came at 2 am and they said that we close at 2 am! And i saw a paper on the door mentioning the closing time which is 4 am!
This is unacceptable at all and disrespectful to the customers

My last experience here wasn’t as good as it should be, the taste was off + it wasn’t hot enough and they didn’t let us eat inside of the restaurant.but they didn’t say that when we ordered

المطعم جيد لكن لايوجد مستوى ثابت. حسب نفسية الموظف بالفرع هل هو منه او من الشركة ونظامها او الموظف ولايوجد خدمة عملاء تتابع الشكاوي

البرجر بارد الطعم ابداً مثل الفروع الثانيه
كمية بصل غير طبيعيه بالديلوكس
الببسي كله ماء بدون غاز
وغطى الكوب ما يركب زين ممكن ينكب عليك

افشل فرع فرع حي الفصور الظهران جيته الساعة 2: 00 بعد منتصف الليل ويقولون الموظفين انه مغلق مع ان اللوحة الخارجية للمطعم مكتوب عليها نستقبلكم حتى 4: 00 فجراً

حاطين مكينة البيبسي برا المطبخ عشان تعبي لنفسك، ليش ما يخدمني هو ويعبي لي البيبسي؟
الشي هذا غير مقبول اطلاقا
وايضا اذا طلبت خدمة توصيل من احد التطبيقات بيضطر يعبي البيبسي بنفسه وانا مدري عن مستوى نظافته

Food tasted not so good the burger was burnt i asked them to take a look they say this is the standard way of cooking.but overall it was terrible

أكل صحي ونظيف واستقبال وخدمة ممتازة
انصح الجميع التعامل مع هارديز بالزيارة للموقع او الطلب عبر خدمة التوصيل للمنزل او مكان العمل

In the past few years, Hardee's quality has varied wildly depending on the branch. Happy to say that this one is still one of the most consistently better ones, with everything almost always cooked to perfection. 4 stars because their kids meals are both toyless and include a very unhealthy cookie (which tastes great and the kids love lol).

Consistent with the freshness and deliciousness of their burgers. Shrimp meal is perfect for me.
