العامل البنقالي اللي ياخذ الطلبات من الدرايف ثرو اسمه نعمان لا يليق عمله في مطاعم هارديز العالمية ياخذ الطلب بنفس غير طيبة ويفتقد للكياسة واللباقة لن ارجع لهذا الفرع مرة اخرى
I am writing this to complaint about the restaurant and the experience I had. I ordered food on Thursday 26 of January. 2023. At 10: 50 pm. Actually, I was wondering about the meal and I asked the cashier to explain but unfortunately no body responded that’s why I asked the manager and he came to us and he has no idea about his team, also he has no direct professional as I’m talking with him about delay order, however I go back to him again and I asked him but sadly, doesn’t have the capacity to do his job as very well! And he can’t face the customers! In fact I got a bad experience and I couldn’t visit this restaurant never ever. Funnily enough, these case reflect the impression of the global dining restaurant as it’s dirty either. Finally I am writing this letter to inform you about the bad experience I had at the restaurant.
هارديز لا شك انه من اعرق مطاعم الوجبات السريعه ولديهم وجبات جيده جدا خصوصا برجر الدجاج وانا صراحة معجب بمطاعم هارديز بوجباتهم وخدمتهم الراقيه. اتمنى لهم التوفيق،،،
