Token number 10 stayed for 30mins and now Token number 11 for 20mins. What is this?
It shud not take this long. This is ridiculous.

Dr. Saif Taji is a really good dentist did a couple of procedures with him and didn't even feel pain and he was at knowledge about everything he does I would definitely recommend him as a dentist he knows what he is doing

I had a tumor in my kidney which was diagnosed by doctor Mubeen. He is a very good doctor. I have been coming to Gulf Asia since two years. My life was saved.

Thanks to Dr. Ashfaq for his caring and kindness. He is a blessing from Allah. May Allah shower his blessings upon him and grant him success here and hereafter.

Total Waste of time and money. The orthopaedic surgeon (DR. ARSHAD ASHRAF MOHD) examined me in a very unprofessional manner. He talked to me like Governor of United States. He Didn't tell me what is the cause of my disease nor he conducted any tests to find out. The medicines he suggested me are a total mess. I feel better without taking these medicines. Don't bother booking an appointment with him. I won't recommend it even to my grandchildren. Savage surgeon.

Pathetic service from Radiology department, not much organized. Have to wait hours for the results.

Recently I had tooth treatment in Gulf Asian Medical Center. I found Dr. Saif Taji is one of the best Doctors who is dynamic, experienced and very cooperative with the patients. This hospital is not just treating patients but supporting phycologically. Thanks a lot for the service

I visited yesterday. Seen by doctor Deepak. Good experience. But the reception staff are worthles.she entered my Iqama number wrong in all my details and my sick leave was not updated in sehaty aap. I visited again 2 times only for sick leave update spending 100sr for taxi, but they never done. I lost my one day salary. I called the hospital many times in the reception they are answered the calls and disconnected almost 9 times.

Worst doctors in town, last week visited Dentist Dr. Saif Taji, he was totally unprofessional, even when he examined my mouth he hurt my mouth with teeth explorer

Needs to improve their behavior patients, I didn't like the tone on my last visit of Dr. Ashfaq in Room 101 but other Doctors have been better.

Extremely rude, unprofessional, judgemental and non-cooperative so-called Doctor.

Many Thanks to Dr. Bhushan who took right action at the right time, I was having bacterial infection on thumb & it was spreading in other areas.
Dr. Bhushan examined thoroughly within short time n gave right treatment. Really experienced doctor & most importantly he deals all patients with humbleness and kindness.
Not to forget his nurse mr ruzzel he is really professional in his job with polite & gentleness

I visited gulf asian hospital for my baby and we have consulted with Dr shubhangi, she is a good pedia doctor, but when we visited to pharmacy for medicine we was standing on the counter for a long time and we request pharmacist to give the priority as we are holding a sick baby who is not feeling well in a crowded area, even get out with my baby for sometime to avoid an exposure as doctor recommended but after come back to pharmacy he still did not give us medicine and asked my husband how many prescription you have as we all are sick my husband told him we have 3 prescriptions and after listen to this he said wait you have 3 prescriptions so I will serve to the other guy who has 1 prescription only and then we was unable to control our anger we strictly ask the pharmacist that why you are not serving queue wise it doesn't matter if I have 3 or more prescription you should give priority to us regardless to other one who have less prescription. Also we have an international flight same night after 4 hours and we have to hurry up but this guy set off our mood and disturbed us a lot by his bad and awkward act. There are 2 main guy at pharmacist one is Filipino and other is I guess indian or Pakistani and this guy was the one who did it.

We wish hospital management to tackle the pathetic and humorless people even at airport boarding staff provides a priority for an infant to board easily and fast because they knows how difficult is to carry a annoying baby in a hand and be a part of queue.

For sake of humanity this guy should give a priority, what happen if he will be in place of us and face same by getting ignored in such a cases.

I have many good experiences with this hospital staffs and doctors are really well accommodating, cooperative and professional like Dr. Eric Mendoza, Shabaz and Dr.mubeen all filipino community were very well satisfied with their treatments sometimes there's some staff are keep on chatting while I'm waiting to someone to approach to ask what I need but that's a small things need to avoid for my opinion)

I have been visiting gulf asian since many years but today i had very bad scene when I visited to get my refund amount and a male receptionist I don't know his name I saw him between 8 to 9pm, he said go to account department and when I went to account dept, one Kerala guy asked me that did you give sample I said 'no' he again asked sure I said yes 100% this sentence from him was really an awkward act, why should I come for a few riyals and kept family outside in a car and waste my valuable time in such a cheap scam, he still said we will check with lab that have you given sample or not and asked his colleague that call lab and cancel his refund if the sample is already given and told me no one is available now please come tomorrow. This is really a creepy, bad, ridiculous way to treat anyone they dont have manners to deal.

I don't have time so I tried to check if anyone is available in lab to confirm that test not been done, fortunately one lady who supported me asked to go reception again when i visited to that receptionist guy again, i explained him that a lady sent me to you but he refused even to listen with a patience he said very very rudely to me that please go from here and bear queue first however i already beared a queue before he asked me to wait till the queue end my family was waiting outside with a small infant but he said in a rude way i dont know go to accounts, i was just circulating in whole hospital like a punishment of being a customer at the end receptionist guy did acting to call in lab he is a lier how a hospital can appoint such an unprofessional people. Manager of hospital should consider customer review carefully and should take an action.

Pharmact guy forget to give 1 medicine later we went again to collect it.

This feedback is writing with a huge disappointment request hsapital management to teach a lesson of manners and professionalism to receptionist and account dept.

IT IS RIDICULOUS how they can treat customers like this.

Gulf Asian hospital is one of the best service provider medical center in jubail and Eastern province. All doctors and staff are so experts, co-operative and supportive. Also its online appointments WhatsApp service is so amazing and quick, really we appreciate.
We wish for this hospital more and more progress and expansion maintaining same service qualities and policy.

My family and I have been taking consultation from Gulf Asian since many years. Doctors are quite professional and kind doctor.

I have visited many time gulf Asian for Gynecologists and radiologist for the scanning. Radiologist Dr. Mubeen is a very good. He always listen the problem and giving good advise. I recommend to visit for radiologist.

I had an issue accessing my test results remotely. I went as an out patient to do blood test. I didn’t have to wait long to draw blood and they told me the result will be out in an hour, so I left.

I received a message within an hour that my lab result is ready, which I can only read using the app. I downloaded the app that needed to be linked with the center, which only happened the next morning.

I guess when I do future tests I will not have the same issue.

Good staff members and hospital is on a very good location. My question is regarding visiting visa holders. My wife is on 1 year visit visa and she don't have medical insurance so is there any package available for routine check up in gynecology department? Like monthly or yearly checkup package.

Mostly South Indian but experienced doctors. Good peaking facility. Can take appointment through their app.

According to Clinic enquiry, radiologist duty time is 9am to 12 am and 9pm to 12 midnight. But the doc not yet available even now… current time is 9: 38 pm….

والى الان لم يتغير في توكلنا بالرغم انهم قالوا خلال ٢٤ ساعة كحد اقصى!

Last week on Saturday i went to visit Dr. Syed Ashfaq GP and ask Dr.to check my lipid profile. I was asked to go to lab for blood and urine sample. Blood sample was taken in professional way by female lab.technician and 01 sample bottle was given for Urine sample. I was astonished and Surprised to see my name "Ahmed Ali" and my file reference number was written on sample ID pasted at bottle. I request and inform lab.male lab.tech.to remove my name from sample bottle because, i was not ready to put urine sample in the bottle where Sacred name was written. Name was scratched then sample was given. I meet HR director and request him to not put name on sample but only bar code and he agreed to do so.
Again requested to use bar code on sample bottle not muslim names.
All staff is good and Specially Dr.syed Ashfaque is excellent.

Excellent service. Doctors, nurses and other staffs were very good in service. Online appoinment and lab report to mobile are really good.

I have consulted gynaecologist she is a confused doctor not qualified doesnt treat patients without tests are done. She is very afraid of covid 19 situation always jump from the seat towards back as if the patient are falling on her. There is no female nurse with the doctor. Staff is not cooperative at all waiting hrs are long if there is a pregnant women also. Totally marketed doctors. Shortage of female nurses, there is a lot of problems for female who are pregnant. Faced alot in this hospital. I do not recommend for pregnant women.

Awesome! These guys are serving us better than any other hospitals in Jubail downtown. Online assistance that I have received from the person in charge was phenomenal. Obviously that doctors and other supporting staffs are also good.

And the initiative that they have taken against COVID-19 was magnificent too.

I have visited Gulf Asia hospital a lot of times every time I found it as same as it was before only a few doctors r doing their duty rest of them are just having fun.
Kindly be strick on them.

Very good medical center. Excellent doctors and staffs in all fields.
I have personally experienced orthopaedic, pediatrics, Dermatology doctors. All are well qualified and experienced in their field.
Online appointment, Lab reports delivered to the personal mobile number through WhatsApp.

Good Hospital for day to day check up and consultation.
There team and doctors are quite helpful.

Clean and well maintained hospital. Mostly crowded after 5 pm.indian doctors are available here. You can get test report file and appointment through whatsapp which is great.

Done ultrasound from here. I had kidney stone of size 12mm (checked one month before from native). While doing ultrasound i asked him so many times if kidney stone is there he told nop. Because of that whenever i got pain i thought it's gastric nd took tablets fie gastric. Pain got sever and went back to native did again ultrasound ny previous stone was there only that also 12mm. ‍️ I donno why dr dint saw that. I felt drs here are not that much experienced. And not friendly also. Once went to gynecologist for bleeding but she gave me antibiotics i asked her why u gave antibiotics? Then she told i gave you medicine so you have to take that no more questions.

Very pathetic service now a days. They just keep on waiting at every window without any information. I was told that report will be ready in 2 days. Even after 4 days they kept me waiting at their window for many hours without further information. Such a pathetic service to patient. Again after 2 hrs of waiting they told me to come back after two days because their manager was in Bahrain. I dont understand what is the point of keeping me waiting just because their manager was in Bahrain. So in general where report gets ready by 2 days they take 6 to 7 days, so patient will have to wait for 7 days to get treated.
