Gentlemen
I am the customer of Volvo since 2007 and I used to sand all my machine to the work shop even minor job at the work shop of Dammam branch but I face big problem with work shop from the time the new after sales manger arrive his name is RK his way when dealing with customer is very rood and with no respect to the customer.and I am sure that not only me who face this problem and for sure I am not interested to go their any more thanks

Construction Machine like VOLVO EXCAVATOR service provider, but arrogance. Before service they want payment. Service after Sales not good.
