جيت الفرع طلبت ٢ ايس تي وجيت احاسب ب 50 ريال يقول ماعندي صرف ! بس مدى عندي يقول طيب انا معاي كاش ايش اسوي انت ملزم توفر صرف مو مشكلتي ومشيت ولا اخذت الطلب بصراحه شي مايصير
جداً جداً بطيئين بشكل مبالغ فيه بالذات انه فرع يخدم اصحاب الدوامات الخدمة مفروض ما تكون كذا ، برضو المايكروفون حقهم ما يشتغل من شهرين فلازم نطلب عند نافذه الاستلام ، الكولد برو طعمه مو زي باقي الفروع
I had a terrible experience at Dunkin Donuts. The staff were very unprofessional with poor attitudes. The service was incredibly slow and inconsistent, as I would receive different prices for the same order depending on which staff member was working.
I am a regular customer at this Dunkin Donuts location, and I always order the same thing. However, every time I visit, I have a different experience. The staff members have a very nonchalant attitude towards their customers. They seem to be disinterested in their work and not at all enthusiastic about serving customers.
The service at this location is incredibly slow, and I always have to wait for a long time before my order is ready. The staff members are very slow in processing orders, and they take their sweet time in preparing even the simplest of orders. On top of that, the service is very inconsistent, and I would receive different prices for the same order depending on which staff member was working.
The ordering system at this location is also very chaotic. The window speaker is working properly, but the workers never use it. Instead, they ask customers to place their orders at the counter, which causes a lot of confusion. On several occasions, after placing my order, another employee would ask me to place my order again, which was very frustrating.
In conclusion, I would not recommend this Dunkin Donuts location to anyone. The staff members are very unprofessional with poor attitudes, the service is incredibly slow and inconsistent. I hope the management takes note of these issues and takes the necessary steps to improve the customer experience at this location.
تعامل سيء من الموظفين وخدمة فعلا في الحضيض ولا يعرفون وش اللي عندهم في المنيو نهائيا متعودين ان الناس بس بتطلب بلاك وغيره ما يعرفون شيء ولا يجيدون اي لغه لا انجليزي ولا عربي. لحد يزور الفرع نصيحة
