Service at its best, Mr. Carl and the rest of of the Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Foods is excellent and the place is very cozy!

Carl is awesome, very friendly, welcoming and easily approachable. He is my go to person always. He is my friend.

Staff like mr. Carl is so accomodating.he make sure that costumers are really satisfied with their experience to their hotel.

If I compare it to DoubleTree hotels i visited in other countries, I can’t call it a 4 stars hotel.you may come for a quick stay but I don’t recommend it for long stays or vacation. The positive point is it is close to Dhahran mall.
The front desk team is very friendly and helpful. They are a great addition to this hotel.

Nothing but the servicevery friendly and helpful staff, the chef in eggs an omelette section, Moheen and also Carl made our experience better with the team. Delicious food with many varieties. Was little hot inside may be due to weather but overall its great experience. Thank you all.

Place is good to stay, friendly staff, breakfast needed to be in rotation and some thing new. Bcz I was there for 3 weeks. Dharan Mall is near by for shopping.

If you want 5 star service, this is the place to be. I only stay at this hotel whenever I’m in Dhahran. The front desk are always helpful and make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and cosy, the beds.ahhh makes you sleep like a baby.

Not a bad destination. Great dining room, lobby, coffee shop.

But the rooms need updating, serious updating. Owners need to spend money and remove all the damaged carpets, marble and broken bathrooms.
American Brands should not look like this.

المقهى زفت اخلاق البنت الي اسمها هدى ماعندها احترام للضيوف. وتناظرهم بنظرات زفت اولا تعدل اخلاقها بعدين يفتحون مقهى زي الناس

Very nice location, around 5-10 minutes walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Around 1 minute to a grocery store.

The room was very spacious, it had 2 bathrooms, living room, guest room and bed room.

Really thankful to the HR manager Mrs. Amna Bokhamsin and her friendly staff for making sure that guests are comfortable during their staying in the hotel.

. The parking spaces are really limited and it is against any safety precautions for evacuations. I would urge the owners to build two floor parking lot and i usually park outside.

The card to open the doors.every day the card to open the key expired or work once then stop working

The bedroom is quite with good colors. Their staff (muna, marwa, mohammed) are professional welcoming and kind whenever we ask for their support. I am amazed by the level of professionalism that they have

فندق جميل واسعاره كانت ممتازه مقاسات الغرفه لاباس فيها والاثاث حلو وشبه جديد ونظيف واكله حلو، القهوة ليس كما تتوقع.

According to the rating given it does not fit into that, a four star hotel is not considered
There is no nearby position for people with special needs
Not many positions commensurate with the number of rooms
The lack of a high-quality interface, the lighting is very light, and the emergency exit is not clean.
The reception service is quite satisfactory
The service of the restaurant is very excellent, and the food is varied and good, but in some notes it is safe to eat and also the food tasting is not suitable for some foods.
The rooms are very poor, with no soundproofing, very little lighting and shabby furniture.

كان فندقي عند زيارة الخبر انصدمت بعد غياب فتره كل شي متهالك ومهمل لا يوجد ترميم الاثاث رث التلفاز لا يعمل خلاط الحمام متكلس لا يمكن فتحه كانه شقه مفروشه على خط سريع مو فندق عريق وتابع سلسلة هيلتون

Comfortable rooms, best queen beds, highly supportive reception and concierge stuff and overall pleasant atmosphere.

This is the place in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia where Filipino citizens can apply for any needed document from the Philippine Embassy.

Nice open Buffett offers, yet, made by a hand of a good chef, there restaurant supervisore is doing great job as well, I do recommended

I am extremely satisfied on my Stay at this Hotel. Hotel is ideally located with all tourist attractions within short walk to the Dhahran Mall which Includes more than 200 Shops. I am also Thankful for staff at DoubleTree Hotel for the service they extended during our one night stay at this hotel. I would definitely stay once again next time visit Dhahran!

ما جربت الفندق ، لكن مطعم الواحة رائع وتنوع الأكلات جيد والتعامل راقي من طاقم المطعم وخصوصاً المشرف الهندي بابر

مخيب للآمال نوعا ما الموكيت قذر و مليان بقع للاسف من عند التكييف و السقف حوله وسخ ما تمكنت من توصيل ملاحظتي لضيق وقتي اما بالنسبة للستاف ممتاز ماعليه ملاحظات لكن النظافة للاسف

سيئ جداً، الموظفة سعودية وانا سعودية وبالسعودية وتكلمني انجليزي! الإضاء بالغرف سيئه وخدمات برضو سيئة ماعجبني

Excellent beds, extraordinary service and reception, but you can tell that towels have been there for a looong time, should be changed

I like this hotel. It’s not new. But it is still ok. Big room. Nice front desk staff. Breakfast is nice too. Nice for Hilton program gold members

حجزنا بالبوفيه المفتوح تبعهم وجبة عشاء بحري بسعر وقدره.
كانت البوفيه عاديه جدا جدا ونوع واحد من البحريات.
كإقامة ما اقمت عندهم.

The service here is great. The facility itself however leaves a lot to be desired. ALL of the rooms have stained carpet you don't really want to walk barefoot on. A lot of the showers don't drain well and get water all over the bathroom. The gym is more like a sauna usually and a lot of the equipment has seen better days. Despite all that, the hotel staff service is the best I've had in Dhahran.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, nice and clean. The bathrooms are really nice too, which is important. The bed was super comfortable, the location of the hotel was good for me. The lobby is pretty big too. All positive.

جيد عيبه صغر دورة المياه واسعار المطعم المبالغ فيها ،طلب اكل مره جاء عليه ضريبة توصيل ١٠ريال رغم انه من مطعهم!
