This place is a joke! I wasted my time coming to them to discuss a shipment I was going to do. The employee couldn't help me at all although I gave him all the measurements and weight but couldn't even give me a quote and asked me to wait for his "soon coming" boss. After 10 minutes of waiting, the employee maybe knew that his boss is not going to show up soon and suggested another shipment company near by!

Went earlier this morning to your Haka branch in KHOBAR AND AFTER WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR UNTIL 9: 30 AM on 25/8/2022 waiting for it to open! I had to go to your Raka Branch after wasting more than an hour of my busy schedule

I was finally served by your employee Amjad
And to my surprise she was alone with no security at gate!

So had Amjad had any emergency I would have again be abandoned and further annoyed and negatively impacted

I do question your policy in both branches

It looks like if I had more time today to visit more of your branches, I may unfold more disappointments!

Fast delivery, friendly staff, quick response. Everything was good, apart from the price. Very expensive. I paid almost 700 riyals just for about 20 A4 paper documents delivered from Moscow to Dhahran. If it was a little more expensive, I could as well buy tickets and go bring the documents myself from Moscow. Would be even faster and cheaper.

The people in the office were very kind and helpful, but my sister’s surprise birthday gift was ruined when they called her up in USA and asked for customs duties. DHL should have handled any additional charges with me, the sender. The four stars are for the office staff. I would only give DHL, in general, one star.

It is second time coming back to send package. I am still very satisfied on the assistance provided by thier staff. A special mention to Mr. Turki and Mr. Abdulaziz for their excellent customer service. They are very helpful of my concern. When you visit this office, look for these two gentlemen!
