2 days from USA to KSA? Using DHLExpress? Yeah right. A shipment arrived yesterday and processed from the States which was delayed and now they shifted it from dammam to dahran after 1 day of processing the shipment. Now I have to wait another day to process the shipment then to deliver it. 2 days shipping is equal: 10+ days in real human life.
The guy who delivered my item has been dropped in a different place and called me and tells me that he delivered its unbelievable that DHL will do this how can he deliver my item and take someone else Signature and When I asked him his telling me what can he do and tells me tomorrow he will bring to me my item is not 10 sar its very expensive item and he have updated the service that he delivered my item

I run to reach before closing at 9.50PM, while operator refused to receive my package ignoring the importance of client case in his package. Excuse was for long entry time!? !? !? Poor service for for such world wide well known name DHL. Better to switch to another service provider.
I am a Canadian in Saudi Arabia. I have been here since March 6th. I was only supposed to be here until March 25th, but lockdown of the country occurred, and thus, I couldn't leave. This is my third time to Saudi Arabia since 2014 so when lockdown happened, I wasn't too upset as I do love the Kingdom. Going on my fourth month here, and weighing out the pros and cons of whether I should return to Canada or stay in Saudi Arabia, especially with the present COVID-19 pandemic, I've decided that I am going to make a go at staying put here in Saudi Arabia. With this decision, I realized that If I am going to work here, I need my documents and where are they? In Canada. After having an interview with a recruiter for work in the Middle East, and being advised of my needing my documents to work, I headed to DHL Express Services Point here in Khobar. What's interesting is that the very recruiter who interviewed me for teaching possibilities in the Middle East, also used to work for DHL many years ago. On June 8th when I went to DHL to inquire about having my documents picked up in Canada and shipped to Saudi Arabia here, I was kindly welcomed by a very professional, beautiful, and caring Nada. The other two sales reps there were equally kind and helpful. After my brief but informative and warm encounter with Nada, I was encouraged and returned the next day, on June 9th to request DHL's service. I have never done this before so was a bit apprehensive at first, but having dealt with Nada the first day, she answered everything I needed to know to move forward with ease. On my return to the office, I was greeted kindly by three of the sales rep there, so accommodating they were, and I was so impressed to see their tending to much cleanliness of the office during the COVID-19 pandemic. The office was exceptionally cleaned and organized and set up in a way that respects and care for both the DHL employees, as well as the customers. I can't say emphasize enough how pleased I was with both visits, and now, I have a new good friend with the lovely Nada who I first met when visiting DHL with my queries. The service, communication, cleanliness of the office, genuine care - everything from the sales reps is of the highest calibre. May God (Allah) bless all of you for your wonderful caring and professional personalities. Thank you DHL!
PATHERIC service. They promised to phone back and DHL didn't. Eventually I phoned and whilst giving my details of the address and parcel my phone call got cut. The agent asked me for the my address and my address was incorrect in the system. He argued with me saying thats the only address. That didn't help. As a result the booking was incomplete. The staff was arrogant and unsupportive.
Worst service ever, my shipment should arrive 8 days ago and i didn’t received it yet. High prices with custom clearance other than shipping price. They should inform the customer before we buy about it!

The service staff is arrogant and not supportive. I got the call from DHL and informed me that shipment is in DHL office in KHOBAR highway. But when I reached there they are saying not here and the are not responsible for the call received from DHL. DHL should train their staff atleast to behave proper
DHL doesn't deliver. It asks to come pick up. If you're not delivering which is "you had only 1 job to do", that makes you theives for holding people's shipments. DHL we deliver BS

Horrendous! Waited for 45 min to pickup a package after calling ahead 2 hours before arriving. Was told on the phone that the package would be brought from the storage area to the front desk, which was a flat out lie cause the receptionist said there was no message. He even told me that "the company has communication problems between departments.
The office itself is in a dismal state. Few seats, some of which are broken, severely limited parking spots, and a "coffee/tea area" that leaves much to be desired.
An overall horrible experience. Wish I had another choice.
