زرت المكان ، تعامل موظف الاستقبال شيء يشكر عليه ، عندي عتب على وضع تخزين الاشياء في الشمس في هذا الوقت من السنه.

Courier charges too expensive and on top of that gets delivered to wrong place. DHL need to review their prices!

This person won't give change in the cash counter it costs 149.50 but he never gave me 0.50hallala this has been repeating from very long time

If it's a small amount, I tend to use DHL, which is kind and accurate, even if it's expensive. Post office EMS is slow and unfriendly, so it's a livelihood.

Saying the delivery is your responsibility not ours if it's damaged or broken, so why the high cost?

موصلين لي طلبيه بالغلط ، اضطريت اتواصل مع صاحبة الطلب وارسل لها ، فرضاً صار الموضوع مع شخص عديم امانه كيف بيكون رد الشركه ؟
