كومباوند سكني لطيف به خدمات وماركات لساكني الكومباوند وملاعب رياضية كرة قدم وإسكواش وحمام سباحة ومدربين لمختلف الألعاب الرياضية

Nice houses, guests parking sometimes having issues, meant not available.
Comparatively other compound's rent, its pretty better.
Facilities like gym etc are good but not as good as others.
If someone having a range then i prefer him to live here.

Operating management is the worst you can imagine, they never listen and rarely pick up tenants calls, whatever you complain about they have an answer to avoid doing it, save your money and go anywhere else.

المكان عبارة عن مجمع سكني. فيه فلل تتألف من ثلاث ادوار و فيه شقق من غرفة و صالة تطل على المسبح فيه كوفي شوب راقي الجلسة هادئة و الأكل جيد نوعا ما ،الشيشة أيضا جيدة نوعا ما ، اغلب السكان من الجنسية المصرية.
عيوب المكان ما في مصفات للسيارات بشكل كافي و الفلل لا تصلها الشمس بشكل كامل.

Their shisha is just sickening. Food is ok. Not what it used to be before. Not worth the visit.

Actually I went there for a get together arranged by my class. Very secured, the party hall was clean and spacious. Also there s a park and a pool located under d party hall

Well located, big modern and stylish villas. Sparsly populated is the reason you can get it in half the prices (120k) as compared to 2017 (240k+)
