High quality groceries available here, the price is higher compared to other hypermarkets. The bakery, dry fruits, cheese, olives and spices are no match to other hypermarkets

To be honest I don't feel the standard of carrefour before, the qoulity and service are very very low

Rashid Mall one of the best mall in Eastern region and also you can find carrefour inside.

Nice large supermarket. Lots of daily deals. Great selection of goods and produce. Easy to manoeuvre. And very good competitive prices. Friendly and helpful staff.

Downside for me is that the price on The deals is sometimes not reflected at the checkout. Only happened to my twice in a year so not too bad

احب اروحه كبير شرررح يجنن نظيف كل شي في كل شي تطور كارفور كن نفسها في منتجات بدت تسويها باسم كاروفور كثير جربت الحليب النباتي البساكيت التونه اشياء كثير حلوة ذات جودة وبسعره حلو في اجهزة مواعين صيدليه. كل شي. اسعارهم منافسة لسووق غير العروض الجبارة في ثشم خاص بباجه لاتنسون تمرو عليه تاخذو زبدة فزل سوداني فريش. افضل من المعلب.

I consider it also us great supermarket where they also give a lot of discounts competitive to other's. They look after the people's need.

Cramped store now that part of it has been converted to a cinema. Stock items missing such as eggs, butter and sour cream. Poor attitude to customers. Lack of facilities such as a customer toilet.
Tamimi and Danube both offer a better experience.

مايستاهلون ولا نجمة. خدمتهم سيئة جداً طلبت أون لاين من الأربعاء الظهر وكان المفترض التوصيل من الساعة 8 إلى 10 مساءً. قاموا بإلغاء طلبي في وقت متأخر الساعة 11.30 الليل وقالي الموظف ارجعي سوي طلبية مرة ثانية قال إيش المندوبين عندهم ضغط طلبات. ورجعت ثاني يوم أعدت الطلب ولا وصلوه ولا حتى اعتذروا او تواصلوا معاي واشتكيت وارسلت إيميل ولا في أي تجاوب اسلوبهم زفت في التعامل مع العملاء

The place has become narrow. The number of cashiers was decreased. The customers spend more time in line waiting for cashiers. The management of this should increase the number of cashiers snd their helpers.

Good to purchase groceries & food items. The problem is the paying counters long quee inificient people on that counters

اخذت من عنه اللحم و الدجاج و رجعته بأقل من ساعة لانه كان فاسد و كلمت فيه قسم الشكاوي و رجولي المبلغ بعد مماطلة

Well organized grocery store offering variety of products at reasonable price. The weekly promotions are really good as well. The staff are professional and friendly. It can be accessed from AlRashid mall and directly from the parking area.
