The service was incredibly slow, with my food taking a staggering 25 minutes to prepare. To make matters worse, when my order finally arrived, the food was cold and unappetizing.
The service itself was also quite poor. When I asked an employee for some ketchup, I was shocked to hear that they would only provide me with a maximum of two packets. This seemed unreasonable and left me feeling dissatisfied with the level of customer service.
Furthermore, the presence of flies buzzing around the dining area was incredibly off-putting. It made it difficult to enjoy my meal in peace and added to the overall negative experience.
Overall, my visit to this Burger King branch was far from satisfactory. The slow food preparation, cold food, limited ketchup policy, and the abundance of flies made it one of the worst Burger King experiences I've had. I hope that the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving the overall quality of their service.
