Burger King

I love this place for their burgers and high class french fries. The lettuce and tomato in their burgers are always the freshest. I didn't ever see burger king compromise their quality. Food 10/10, Atmosphere can be improved with better and cleaner rest rooms 6/10. Service 8/10.

مريت عليه مره ولقيت الطاولات وسخه والتنظبم سيء ورائحة المطعم سيئة ودورات المياة اكرمكم الله قذره، والله على ما أقول شهيد.

يعجبني عندهم الوابر. لكن الخدمة تعبانه داخل المطعم. الفلبيني اللي عالكاشير يماطل لدرجة انه تارك العملاء ويسمع سوالف الموظفين اللي جنبه ولما جا دوري اقوله الطلب يقول لي شويه (ماصار وجبات سريعه والخدمة بطيئه) والوجه عابس كنه متفضل علينا وهو ياخذ الطلب. ولما اخذت الطلب بالصينية وجلست مع بنتي على الطاولة اكتشفت ماحطوا مناديل. جا الفلبيني نفسه اللي عالكاشير جنبي يمسح الطاولات اقوله ممكن مناديل. يقول روحي اطلبيها من الكاونتر. قلت مفروض تحطونها بالصينية مع الطلب. والمشكله يمر جنب الكاونتر ويروح ويجي بس مايبي يخدم.

The usual BK taste, Steakhouse is great as always, but everything is soooooo slow. 5 guys work there, not sure what they do.

1.resturant seating area was clean.
2.services was ok and fast.
3. I think you need to hire an Arabic (saudi) speaker for the cashier at least cos the workers are not speaking Arabic in a good way.
4.toilet was dirty and it needs attention. (see photos)

I have ordered the chicken fillet sandwich and the chicken is a lil undercooked, fries and drink is ok

Great food, great option to dine during road trip. Branch was mostly clean and well organized, except the bathroom, which was a little messy.

Horrible taste of the burgers. You call yourself Burger KING but you should be called Burger Begger

It's not a fast food place. The food comes late and the electronic display board that shows if your order is ready to pick up was not working, so we ended up waiting over 20min.

Worst experience ever. The issue with olayan company is that they have stopped focussing on customer satisfaction. No doubt many branches for burger king are closing down.
I do pray their management adopt customer centric approach otherwise soon entire olayan will be going down like the house of cards.

المطعم بعد ماتحسن قبل كم سنة، للأسف رجع لحالته السيئة.
ناهيك عن ارتفاع السعر الغير مبرر.
وجبة برجر دجاج ب٣٥ ريال، لاطعم واستواء.

الحمد لله على نعمته، لكن شوفوا حل للي صاير، انتم فرع على الطريق السريع والناس بحاجتكم، فلاتستغلون هذا الشيء.

حسنوا من جودتكم.

Food was tasteless.attitude of the staff on cashier not professional.wrong order and they choose for me a can of coke instead of the cup with ice to safe their time! When I asked for an ice he refused and said return the can cus the company is counting the cups! Come onnn!

Note: Toilet always closed.

2 stars for the fast service. The order was ok. However, the attitude of the staff especially the one serving at the counter was very rude and he definitely was giving ketchup from his own pocket.

الموظف غير مؤهل حيث طلبنا وجبه ومن ضمنها البطاطس المقلية ولم يسلمها لنا وبعد مناقشته قال البطاطس ليس من ضمن الوجبه وبعد نقاش معه تدخل المشرف وانقذ الموقف واعطونا ضعف البطاطس المطلوبه مما يدل على عدم حرفية الموظف

Very bad service; toilets inside bilding was closed (after that with my family we are used mosque toilet), very bad comunication!
Taste of the burgers very low quality. It is my first and last time in king burger!
I hate king burger and never come back InshaAllah!

بس خلال زيارتي كان المطعم لا يوجد به ماء
طعم الوجبات بالفرع هذا جدا رائعه

الاكل كان سيئ. انا من رواد برجر كنج افضل مطعم برجر بسس فرع محطة ساسكو طريق الدمام اتجاه الرياض سيئ جداً

Very poor service for drive through!
1st window to collect orders have mops head an buckets over window. As 2nd is order +payments +collect together! Really shame. Although the drive through crew name bapi (Indian) was very good, smiling descent and appologised for the delay. Its a matter of sequence for ordering process and nothing have to do with staff. So the management or persons in charge for this supposed to be up to level to implement this.

Five men are working here the time that we visited. Looking to us, know that new customers are arriving. And non of them try to talk with us.then I ordered crispy chicken burger. But they give me normal check burger.last thing, the table was durty

Tasty and economical deals. Focus on cleaningness. Order taker looks over burden, behaviour shown less interest in duty.
