Buffalo Wild Wings

First time at Buffalo Wild Wings, decided to have dinner here and try their wings. When it comes to the food, it’s not bad at all. But I have to say that they are way overpriced priced. Chicken wings aren’t that costly, just saying. Also the layout of the restaurant is really weird. The bar takes most of the floor area, and that leaves the seating area pushed to the sides or hidden around a corner. Not a big deal, just weird. The chicken wings were yummy, especial the lemon pepper.

الاجنحة الكاملة او الاجنحة الخالية من العظم كالعادة ولا غلطة مع صوصات رائعة مع ملاحظة ان عدد كبير من الصوصات غير متوفر ولا أعلم هل هذا خاص بفروع السعودية فقط أم حتى في أمريكا

التشيكن تندرز عادية وجيدة و ايضا سعرها غير منطقي اطلاقا.

على العموم المطعم متميز باجواءه الرياضية الرائعة وأكله اللذيذ لكن يحتاج لمراجعة الأسعار فقط

تعامل المدير سعيد كان سيئ جدا، جيتهم قبل يقفل المطعم ب ٤٥ دقيقة ورفض دخولي بحجة انه مابقى شي ويقفل علما انه بجوجل مابز مكتوب الساعة ١ يقفل

البرجر اللحم مميز طلبت الكلاسيك حلقات البصل بعد ممتازة والوينجز حقهم لذيذ بس ملاحظه اتمنى انهم يرعون فيه الزباين صوت الموسيقى مزعج اثناء الاكل

المطعم نفسه ماتغير شي لكن الفرع هذا فيه موظف اسمه غريب

لكن فعلًا انه غريب ومميز الصراحه افضل موظف مر علي بمطعم الله يجزاه خير واتمنى من ادارة الفرع تكريمه لأني اذا رجعت للمطعم ابرجع عشان خدمته المميزه

Have been here for dinner quite a few times and most recently was 3 days ago. The service is absolutely fantastic and the staff especially are very kind, generous and friendly. The food is surely delicious, although the slight disappointment is that the famous traditional wings itself can be a little too dry sometimes. But they do deliver great flavour! Overall, it’s a fun experience especially with a big group of friends:)

Must try menu items would be:
- Dip Duo
- Mozzarella Sticks
- Cheeseburger sliders
- Wings flavours in Mango Habanero (5/5 for this one), Garlic Parmesan, and Caribbean Jerk.

Wings are still good but cheese burgers and fries have fallen in quality. Need to bring them back please. Along with the speed of service.

Burgers are kinda bland.the quesadilla was great and the wing were okayish.

The quality does not even Com close to justifying the price

Always run out of drinks, and some of the waitresses are rude. I usually get traditional wings or chicken quesadilla. When it comes to food, it is good, but atmosphere and service aren't.

دخلت المطعم و كان زحمة و قالوا لي مافيه طاولة الا انتظار ولا على البار قلت للموظف الي لابس احمر اني بجلس على البار و اذا فضت طاولة باخذها قالي ماينفع و حاولت اتفاهم معه زهق مني بسرعة و جاب لي موظفة تتفاهم معي و قالت بعطيك طاولة فوق اذا تحب قلت بنتظر اخوياي و نقرر يوم جو قلنا لها الي فوق فاضية؟ قالت الطاولات مو عندي و جا نفس الموظف ابو احمر معه زبونين و قالهم ترا هذولي جالسين بدون حجز تفاهمو معهم يوم شرحت لهم الموقف و انه مو بهذي الحدة قالوا مافيه مشكلة خلهم يجلسون زعل زيادة ابو احمر و راح كلم ادارة اجدان جابوا لي حارس الامن يقولي ان المطعم كلم الإدارة و مايبون يخدمونك تفضل اطلع و شرحت له الموقف بعد و اني ماغلطت عليه ولا غلطت على الي الزباين الي جابهم تفهم الموقف و مشا و بعد عشر دقايق تقريبا جا نفس الموظف قالي خلاص اجلس هنا و محد رضا ياخذ طلبي لاكثر من ربع ساعة الا موظف اسمه ماكي و قدم لي خدمة ممتازة و النجمتين هذي فقط عشانه موظف ممتاز يعرف يتعامل مع الزبون

I was very hesitant to eat there (for the second time) and I wish I didn’t go. This place is nothing like the original one in United States! They never had full menu! They are always out of basic things which makes it difficult to decide what alternatives you can order from! They don’t have enough staff and they don’t even check on you for refill or for any other thing! Food is not good, mac&chesse was very hard and the ranch chicken burger was dry and tasteless. I hope they improve soon.

Unfortunately, this was a bad experience with chicken wings, it was super spicy with extra salt, I couldn't taste anything else, but to be fair, the onion rings and mozzarella sticks were super delicious!

This might be my first and last visit.

Three stars for the good staff and great atmosphere:)

This place is an absolute joke. Most times they don’t have all the wing sauces except for the ones you can walk down to LuLu and buy. When you run out of sauces, I’d expect to be out for a day… 2 days… but I’ve experienced when they’re out of sauces for weeks! This place is a joke. Just made for gullible, cash rich people to go and gloat they’ve gone to Buffalo Wild Wings.

The well known American franchise is here in Khobar! I really like the location and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Come here on Mondays and Wednesdays, as they have the weekly offers on boneless and regular wings on these respective days.

I came in on a Wednesday amd had the dip duo as appetizer, the chips were fresh and the dips were great even if the guacamole was missing some salt.

The wings were simply amazing! I would recommend to try these sauces:
- Spicy Garlic
- Garlic Parmesan
- Asian Zing
- Mango Habanero

I have been loyal customer for BWW for many years in different countries & cities. But, this branch at Khobar KSA is the worst. I have ordered House Sample “boneless wings with Buffalo Seasoning”, and I was surprised with boneless chicken without dressing and medium buffalo sauce on the side. When I called him he took the plate and went to add Buffalo seasoning lol, what a cheap customer service I already ate to try this and this should not go back to the kitchen in terms of hygiene. Anyway, I told him this is not good and you should replace it with a new one, instead of doing that he argues a lot until I left him talking with his self that Egyptian guy. Now, I am wondering if that plate will go to another customer or not, cuz it seems they are not good at this part of the business.

This was one of my favorite restaurants in the US. But this branch really ruined it for me.
First of all, what's the point of going to a wing place that doesn't have wing sauce? I have been there twice and both times (months apart) they tell me they are out of all wing sauces

You try the other food and it is disgusting and overpriced. The burger sliders were obviously cooked hours in advance and just heated to order, they were also dripping in grease which was disgusting. The queso is nothing like the US queso and looks nothing like what is shown on the menu. The guacamole is the blandest mess I've ever tasted. The chicken tenders were good, and the wedges fries were good, but that is it.

Edit on 12/24/2021: I have reached out as requested by the owner by contacting the provided number 920029902 on 12/12/2021 and still have not heard back from them.

Good customer service, food quality is always great and more important it tastes like in the US. Not a lot of places to seat so in a busy day it will get full pretty fast

Such a disappointment honestly, I’ve been personally looking forward for visiting this place (ajdan walk, khobar) but it was just a waste of money and time. Customer service was very weak, the place itself isn’t very presentable, now regarding the food it was such a disappointment, cold, overrated and overpriced, was also clearly not fresh and didn’t really taste the best. Such a bad experience and wouldn’t come back whatsoever. To the people who want to try this place, we are being as genuine as possible for the sake of you guys, don’t expect much not the best wings but is very decent.
We tried the quesadilla, parmesan garlic wings, buffalo sauce and the classic burger.

مقبول الى جيد، البرغر عادي ، التشكن وينجز مقرمشة بشكل مبالغ فيه وفقدت جوهرها الاصلي في متعة اكلها لكن صوص الباربكيو بالعسل يشفع لها، الناتشوز مع صوص الجبن لذيذة جداً ولا يختلف عليها اثنين، سلطة السيزر جميلة الى حد ما، بشكل عام مطعم جيد.

Food was delicious, Nadara (Proudly Saudi) was our waiter and she was outstanding with her service and help. Definitely coming back in the future.

Went to order some wings for takeaway lunch. Shockingly they only had 2 different sauces which were both types of bbq sauce. What a joke! Sounds like it's been this way for weeks. Not surprising its empty and getting bad reviews. Went lunch elsewhere. Not going to visit again.

The crew is not trained well and how to deal with the customer. We were waiting for the main dish more than 40 minutes moreover, they served the french fries as appetizer

Very bad service, I was seated 15mins later they came to take my order. They were was no apology or good gesture at all. I do not recommend visiting this place. One of the worst branches I’ve ever visited and is shameful for their bad presence here. Never visiting it again. Contrary they seem to provide ongoing service to others of their nationality!

Salty food but I wonder if its salty due to the recipe to make it that way to entice you to "drink" more. And they forgot it's a dry country lol

Delivered as expected but there is a big question on how they prepare their wings

you dont lose the anything if you fry your already marinated wings instead of putting the sauce after the frying process is done.

Still one of the good spots in the area to break down to a feast of wings

This place is wildly underrated. They serve the best wings with a wild variety of classic and innovative flavors. We also had a great steak wrap with a side of crispy fries and grilled veggies. The restaurant is comfortable and clean and the pricing is reasonable. Basically this franchise is flawless. Would comeback again to try the burgers and soft pretzels they look so good.

NOTE: This review is as of Feb 26 2020, after the trough of slow service BWW provided early on.

The waiter we had was Adel, who was attentive and always around to take the order, check with us on the food and drinks, as well as provide tissues on-the-go without us asking for some. The food was served quickly, and it was quality BWW wings and nachos.

On the way out, the shift manager (or who seemed like that) asked for our feedback on service, food, and overall experience. Truthfully, it was top notch and nothing to be compared with my first time there.

I hardly give online feedback, but I like to see services putting in the effort to ensure customer satisfaction. All in all, they earned me back.

We enjoyed the great service, and atmosphere the food thank you Makki & Jhon for accommodate us. See you next time again.

BWW is the place to go for the wings. Period. They have sauces for your mood, for your tongue and your taste. Trust me, from sweet to spicy. Everything was great. Their tenders were amazing. Plump and crispy. The buffalo shrimps were okay. But then the wings were the star. Juicy inside and they give u a side of milk if you start getting the heat. I recommend you going here to satisfy your wing cravings

Awesome, same taste and quality as USA. Service was very good during our first visit. Will be back again soon.

We ordered the ‘Chicken Wings with Hot Sauce’, ‘Chicken Wings with Mango Habanero’ and the spiciest wings of them all, ‘Chicken Wings with BLAZIN’ Sauce’. This ‘Ghost Pepper’ spiked sauce was about to make some of us cry and I definitely wasn’t one of them. The ‘Hot Sauce’ wings got us going, packing some decent heat but a bit too salty for my liking. The ‘Mango Habanero’, which was sweet and spicy at the same time, turned out to be my favourite of the lot though there was barely any taste of mango. This will have me visiting them in the near future.

The BLAZIN’ sauce took some time to kick in and it left @thefoodiemama.rin and @foodingmyselfaround begging for some milk to take the heat off. It was spicy but I was quite surprised at how I managed to stay composed and even finish off the extra blazin wing. Yes I ate the spare too and @nomanaksamia too, apart from the stinging feeling in the lips laughed off the heat.
I haven’t come across anything this spicy in and around Khobar and this would be a great challenge to call your mates out on. Apart from the heat, this too is a little salty!
The ‘Grilled Buffalo Shrimp’ was just ok. The shrimps were cooked to perfection but the sauce never really helped. The tenders were quite tasty but I still prefer the ones at ‘Raising Canes’.

I've been here 4 times the past 2 weeks! I love this restaurant a lot. The wings are the best I've tried in Khobar. Sauces have a very wide variety. I tried Mango Habanero (soooo good! Especially if you like spicy wings with flavor), Garlic Parmesan (weirdly works honestly and great alongside something spicy to tone it down), Hot (classic), and Garlic Buffalo (good, not the best). Boneless wings are good. Mozzarella sticks are great. And despite everyone saying the service was bad, if you go at not-so-crowded times, it is not as bad as everyone makes it out to be.

Horrible service. We waited for our order for over an hour and every time we asked one of the waiters they said it’s really busy even though people who arrived 30 minutes after us got their food. I had to go talk to the manager and wait in front of the kitchen to get my order. Why would you open a restaurant if you’re understaffed and not ready to accommodate this number of people? I’d recommend avoiding it for a few months until they’re actually ready.

I had high expectations before visiting this place and it wasn't what I was expecting at all. I went to the Buffalo wild wings in the states and it's nothing compared to it. The place was small. The boneless wings were horrible and the classic wings had some gross black color on the bones which was really disgusting. The frenche fries was awesome tho.the pepsies size was pretty good compared to other restaurants. The buffalo sauce tasted ok but not close to Frank's red hot sauce. Would I go back to this place? Maybe but Not really but for the Fries yes, the wings I make at home are far better than the ones they sell here. I'm not coming back until they use local and clean chicken.

Loved the buffalo wings with the hot sauce but the garlic hot sauce not so much, also the chicken tenders was amazing, and the service was great! Thanks for such a nice place!

Late to take the order, didn’t clean the table well, also wash hand area and the bathroom too unclean

Food quality and taste always good - no Wi-Fi - small seating area and not comfy enough - service was good - other locations would get 5 stars but not this one

Not worth it at all.
The wings are too greasy and not crispy (similar to pizza hut wings).
Also, the burger has a greasy plasticky feeling to it. Very expensive for what you get.

Some local gives review only when service is bad. Yo if you like something give it what it deserves. Bww brought lots of memories from Portland Oregon please make sure same quality here too. Im definitely coming.

Taste is very good same as in the states; however, it is very very shame to see this amazing and famous restaurant with such an extremely slow and bad service! You literally have to wait forever for your order to be taken and delivered to you. It is badly affecting the good reputation of the original restaurant. You really guys should learn how to perfectly manage a franchise before opening one.
