Excellent service - I have been using BPL for 5 years to send shipment to several parts of the world and have found there door to door service to be the best in town. The rates are competitive and especially the packing with bubble wrap have withhold months of sea frieght nicely. I have sent household items including key home electronics without any issues. Recommend them for door-2-door services.

Most pathetic cargo service ever.

These goons managed to lost my cargo package and had no idea where it went.

Never ever use their service as it is completely unreliable.

On 20th April 2022 i booked my cargo package to be shipped from Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Karachi, Pakistan using their service.

The package included a total of 7 parcels with an accumulated weightage of 87 KG and included various household items, clothing, apparel and toiletries that were considered very expensive.

Upon receipt of the consignment it was discovered that BPL Cargo Service used another third party cargo service namely Dir Cargo Service for the delivery of the parcel, having no connection with the consigner or any terms and conditions agreed with the consigner that such third party was being involved in the consignment.

On 18th May 2022, the package was delivered to the Consignee’s address in Karachi, Pakistan having one parcel weighing 11 KG missing from the package. This missing parcel was deemed as cleared from the local Pakistani custom authorities and received by Dir Cargo Service, however, during the delivery of package to the Consignee’s address, the parcel was reportedly lost during way as stated by the employees of Dir Cargo Service.

The consignee acknowledged the item as missing from the total pieces and inquired upon the status of missing items from the employees of both cargo services. Upon further deliberation it was acknowledged later by both cargo service parties that the above stated parcel is concluded as “lost” and/or “stolen” and acknowledged this as their responsibility.

However, no such official report was filed by the cargo services to local authorities in an attempt to find the missing parcel.

This was an extremely frustating process. BPL service employees extremely illiterate employees to deal with customers having no knowledge or responsibility of the parcel. At the end of the day they will propose you measly SR 15kg which is way less than the actual value of the parcel.

After writing this review, the BPL cargo employees threatened me to not release the claim unless i delete the review which is extremely unethical. Also they do not provide tax invoices.

It is extremely important for Companies and individuals to avoid this cargo service as much as possible as they use third party unreliable partners who take zero care of your package. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I am using BPL Cargo morethan 10 years without any issue.

Worst agents ever, no manners in speaking or dealing with the customer.

Arrogant and annoying. This is what happens if going to private or local logistics.

Shipment of 136 kg sent on May 2021 from Saudi to India. Still not delivered until November 2021. Update from them is that it’s not cleared from customs.

Worst service. Sent my cargo on May 2021.
Till date, it's not delivered.
Customer service says they will refund ONLY 65% of the expired goods even the delayed delivery is there mistake.
No proper response from customer care. Keep saying this month.this month.

If you are looking for a good cargo age service Don't chose BPL Cargo. It's such an irresponsible cargo agency.

We sent a cargo before 7 months and till this date we didn't recieve the consignment.

And the Management is such an irresponsible team.

I have sent a two boxes consignment on 27th May. Until date I have not received the same and also no proper documents are being shared regarding the status and after of the consignments. I am faisal Ahmad from Dammam Saudia Arabia I send a parcel from Dammam to India Bihar Gopalganj District.i given the sender name clearly but the parcel man is saying not given correct sender name these all thing make for extra money so very bad delivery service.i am very very disappointed due to The parcel man is saying in your address not mention sender name but I gave the address sender and receiver address which is shown in the bill.they forcely taken 200Rs from my home. But I have given correct name and address which is shown in my bill. The parcel man is saying if you not give 200 rupees your parcel will be go back.

The parcel man is saying your address is not available on parcel after that they took 200Rs. They are demanding the money every time. I all ready paid the cost of couriers shown in bill.i also mail the sales mailer I didn't get any response.

Delivery process is very very bad.

شحن لسيريلانكا وقالو توصل بعد ٣ شهور وبعد ٣ شهور تبين ان الاغراض لم تشحن وباقيه بالمكتب وطول المده لم يخبرونا

Very poor service. Maximum time limit is 60 daya from KSA to Pakiatan but crossed 90 days and yet no response.

Items always damage not secure for ur products and electronic items are stolen from my parcel after if complain tey tell that it not our problem checl with mumbai parcel team they told that its not our problem and bpl cargo person are not responsible for our products but for electronic items they will charge some amount in %
