Slow and mediocre service.only one person to serve all customers and maybe new in the job but very slow & unprofessional "need more training"

فرع جدا سيئ مافي غير موظف واحد قاعد ياخذ جميع الطلبات وبعد هو اللي يسوو وعليه زحمه يعني ايش ياخذ وايش يخلي واحنا في عيد المفروض يقول معه موظف تاني
مجرد ما شفت الزحمه بطلت اطلب ومشيت
لا وفوق كل هذا مافي غير ايسكريم وميلك شيك فقط اما باقي الطلبات غير متوفرة جاي عشان كوفي يقول مافي وبعد فونديو ايسكريم هم بعد مافي

بالنسبة للآيسكريم لا يوجد مميز أكثر من باسكن روبنز فهو شيء مختلف من الآخر وليس كل آيسكريم آيسكريم فقط استمتع من باسكن روبنز

طلبنا ٨ كور حصلنا ذبابة مجمدة جوى الاسكريم. قذر جدا الفرع ذا جنب الارنب الجائع بكرونيش الدمام. اترككم مع الصور

The largest Baskin Robbins in the area but it is the worst in many aspects.
The seating variety is amazing and you get to have some dishes that are not available in other BR branches. However, customer service is the worst. They might be understaffed, but they need to respect the customers and pay more attention to their job. I witnessed many issues today and a couple of customers were dissatisfied to the point that they were shouting. Their service is bad to the point that they would charge you for toppings even though you had no toppings! Even though it is has a very large seating area that was more than half empty, they didn’t bother to ask if we were going to dine-in or have it for takeaway. They put a cover on all of our cups and put them on a big paper bag even though we wanted to dine-in. Imagine if you had any toppings and they were all squished because of a nonprofessional employee!
I was surprised that people still go to BR since I myself stopped many years ago mainly due to their ice creams not being freshly eatable.
