Excellent customer service by the guy in night shift. I went and choose to eat pistachio almond the employee their told me to take another flavor because pistachio almond is not worth trying and he gave me small portion to taste and then decide which ice cream i want and guide me through out. I love their new pomegernate swirl. Give this flavor a short.

The ice cream and milk shake are really good also the cakes but their prices are high and the workers over there are really rude and in almost every branch I went to

If you’re craving for a fairly budgeted high end ice cream. BR is the way to go!

Very poor customer care 12: 30 noon Monday 06 July. Ignoring customer is a big problem and management has to take care. Spoon are not packed. Shope cleanses is very poor.
