Bamboo Kitchen

Not like what i was expecting food was cold soup was extremely salty to the point of it tasted like ocean. Stuff was not Friendly and the worst part that I ordered the remaining food for takeaway and they forgot one item from it!
Never gonna visit this place again

The atmosphere is nice, their food collection is from multi Eastern Asian countries. The food taste good and spot-on. The presentation is nice and exactly as shown in the menu. Food portions are quite large and good for two. As you order, the waiter will bring your attention to the flavor of the dish “sweet, spicy, etc” which is a nice gesture. My only pick point is, as an Asian restaurant, there should have been chopsticks on the table by default, which were not there at the time of my visit

In short words nice resturant for an east aishan food dishes although i gave my preference of cuisine to the wlecoming desk which was an open chest

Bamboo kitchen is serving Asian food, you can find at gate 10, we order bibimbap (korean food) and buttered chicken as always I really love the ambiance and foods the price is affordable, it Coast 149sr, and its good for 3 person, the ice tea juice is unlimited too, the staff are very friendly

Really food was delicious and good service but little bit the the sitting places is narrow uncomfortable

We really enjoy this restaurant each time we visit Dharhan mall. The staff is always very polite and the service is on point. Not to mention that the food is amazing!

I am customer of bamboo resto and i love the food that i usually ordered. Today i ordered food for delivery. Unfortunately, the food that was delivered is not good anymore. I ordered 2 japchai and 2 bamboo ginger sesame chicken salad, unfortunately the dressing of the salad was not put in a separate container. When i called the restaurant to inform about my order, he answered me and said that i should have requested it to separate it Hello? The restaurant should know that sauce/ dressing should not be mixed before delivery or else the food will be spoiled just like what happend to my order.
So dissapointed.

Very good food, friendly staff, and nice place. The time that we were there, their exhaust fan was defective.

Tho the food is quitr pcodtly but it serves the cost through its services.it is indeed a food-to-go if you are in khobar area. The ambience is quite asian on a cozy type side. The food is speedy to serve which mostly depends on the bulk of customers they have.

The place looks very nice you can see the bamboo in the decorating
Honestly the food below expectations
We ordered Tom Yum soup with almost no taste no spices
Main course we had Mangolian beef which was not that bad but still you can feel like something is missing
We had padThai noodles again tasteless I had to add to lime and soy sauce just to get since of taste
Finally we ordered something called bimbao or something like that it was good and the portion was good as well but still I felt it needs a little taste so added soy sauce again and the taste was good
Other than that they are advertising for Thier restaurants as the best Asian cuisine in the kingdom come on guys you are not even in the top 20
Anyway the idea for the restaurant is good but you need to improve your menu add a taste.
Before closing I wanted to highlight that the service is really good that's why I gave it 3 stars helpful staff

One of the best Asian restaurants in Dhahran. Great portions and quick service. I recommend the ginger salad and Mongolian beef

The food was really good, the staff were kind. Just the portions were a bit small and so was the sitting area

Food was sub optimal, the dumplings were soggy, the sechaun chicken wasn't spicy, and the Singaporean noodles bland. The service was okay, understaffed.

Really good Asian Cuisine especially “Calamares” (Fried Squid Dish). Friendly crew. Ambience needs more lighting though.

The food are good, but why we cant add more soup on ramen? Just asking, coz ramen has to be more liquid soup

My korean wife and I have been here twice now and we have been satisfied both times. The mando/dumplings/dimsum is great, some of the meals are more delicious than others, and the portions are reasonable. The prices are pretty high and the price for tea is ridiculous.

It is our favorite place for dinner but this time it was bad because we are going to dine it arround 11pm but they just want us to order take away.thats very bad because we know the time of clossing.now you lose a costumer.

The Bamboo Kitchen is a an old Thai restaurant that opened its doors in morning  Dahraan Mall which is  the town centre shopping mall, many years ago. I went along with my family and friends to see if they offer a genuine Thai experience lunch or dinner.
The place definitely looks the part as I felt as though I had just walked many restaurant in other City of Saudi Arabia. Even the waiters looked very kind and friendly, as they were wearing a traditional Thai silk outfit.
The menu was fairly ok, so we opted for the lunchtime special offer a soup, starter, main course and a dessert. First, we decided to have soups I orderd Hot and sour soup, cream soup and Chicken corn soups we found hot and sour soup the best. Then we shared some spring rolls and chiken from sticks which proved to be a good choice. For the main course, we had a Thai green curry and a large bowl of Jasmine rice and. The curry was a little too spicy for me,  my friend thought it was spot on. After starter we ordered a bowl of tasty mango with sticky rice that finished so quick it was a memorable lunch.
Considering this restaurant has only been open for a short time, it was great experience see that it has got off to a great start even though it wasn't busy. However, I am sure words gets around about the quality of food, it won't be long  they will be taking bookings only.
I will give 5 stars for service, food quality, ambiance and staff. I will highly recommended. Please try latest once I'm sure you'll come back to taste it again.

تجربة سيئة ولابتنعاد ، الاكل سيء جدًا ، رحت له بناءً على التقييمات والمدح اللي عليه ، طلبت سبرنغ رول وكله زيييت ، كرات العجين بالربيان ريحتها زفرررة بيض ، النودلز يابسه ماتنوكل ، واسعاره غاليه مدري على ايش ، هذا من غير الخربطة في بعض الاصناف ، ما انصح فيه ابدًا ابدًا ، مايستاهل نجمة حتى.

I rated 5 stars for this restuarant before but I changed the rating and I value it for one star, I will not come nack to it again, Asian dishes are delicious but worth one star because the waiter brought all the dishes at once and the chicken salad, the chicken tough as old that was given to us a second time

The food is good but the customer service is not professional. I have order Sea food Tom yum soup and asked to be spicy a little bit. So when it came it was very spicy for me, so I asked if they can do something about it, like adding some cream or water or anything that will make better for me but they said no. So I had to throw it away cause I couldn't drink it. But the food was good, however don't consider this place a fine restaurant, it is similar to any fast food services.

They use all plastic containers and then wrap it in plastic wrap! What a waste, stop the plastic madness, use bamboo extend your brand

Flavors are ok but the textures of the chicken, beef and shrimp are not good, a bit chewy for the first two and too crispy for the mighty shrimp. I've had better Asian.

They deliver the Aramco Gate 6. This place was better than I expected, but was also more expensive than I anticipated as rice must be purchased separately.
The Good-
The hot and sour soup was pretty good. We also enjoyed the Tom yum, although it was more of a mild coconut milk soup than a Tom Yum, but it was still pleasant. As for main dishes, the Mongolian beef was a standout. The steak was very good, tender and fresh. The orange chicken or sweet and sour shrimp were good options for the kids. I liked the Korean Fried Chicken. It is actually a ton of chicken and the sauce is pretty tasty.
The Bad-
The Bibimbap was a huge disappointment. It was very large but lacking in flavor. I ordered it as take out—never do this. I assume it is better in the restaurant? Having ordered delivery, my egg was basically plastic. The various components had no independent flavor and were bland. Next, the chicken for the lettuce wraps was very dry. It was edible when drenched in sauce, but chicken should not be that overcooked.

Don't order too much coz serving is good for 3-4 person per menu. Food taste good, staffs are nice and the ambiance is great.

We got offered a wide range of thai dishes. Staff is very kind and provided some help for some large dishes. But may be improve on chicken dishes they are dry and too chewy. We try some dessert and it's all good.

It was either Outback or Bamboo. I chose Bamboo since my craving leaned more for good Asian. What a total disappointment! Mind you, I only had a beef stir fried rice dish. Nevertheless, for SAR 53 I expected at least some flavor. This thing had no flavor whatsoever. I've eaten my share of Asian meals. It's one of my favorites. I also cook many Asian dishes (as well as many cultural foods) so I know what goes into these foods. It was extremely bland! The napkin wouldnt tast much different than that. Serious! I took 4 bites and pushed it away.
I brought it up to the manager and asked for a refund. He refused and focused on how the price is a good deal. He said to me if I could find a cheaper stir fried rice, he would then refund me. Unbelieveable! I got up, told him the cooks need lessons and that he is a terrible manager.
Stay away from Bamboo unless you dont mind eating cardboard.

Disappointed for the below average standard compared to the other branch.

None of the food seems to be fresh or well served except for the chicken corn soup.

Great Food. The staff is extremely professional and an all around great experience. Definitely a place that I would recommend if you like Asian food. We drive from Jubail an hour away to eat there.
