مادري وين المحل أصلا، كل واحد يقول نقل وموظفهم يقول مادري، توهقت مع خدمتكم السيئة عندي شحنة إرجاع ولا قدرت ألقى لكم طرف ولا رقم ولا خدمة عملاء

الشحنه في متجر لولي بوب ولا في اي معلومات ولا لوحات تدل انها هناك جزاهم الله خير فريق دعم الانستقرام هم الي قالو انها هناك

It is now 4: 22 pm and the branch is still closed. I have been trying to receive my shipments for 4 days now straight and passed by on different days and times but it is always closed. I also keep receiving messages to pickup my shipments from the branch before it gets returned on the 22nd of June. How can I pick up the shipments when the branch is always closed? !

اسوء فررع في المملكه، الموقع سيئ جداً جداً تدخل ردميه عشان توصله، الموظف اللي فيه يفتح بمزاجه ويقفل بمزاجه مو ماشي ب الاوقات الرسميه في اسبوع واحد اجيه مرتين السااعه ٦ المساء احصله مقفل وما يرجع يفتح وهو الدوام الرسمي المتعارف انه يخلص الساعه ٨ ، سيئين ل ابعد درجه ومافيه احترام للعملااء.

حتى نجمة كثيرة فيه
١-مافي اهتمام بالعميل اذا وصلت الشحنة مايعلمون لازم تتابع
٢- حاطين انهم يفتحون ٤ العصر والمحل مقفل

الموقع مغلق له فترة طويلة وجوجل يقول انه مفتوح.
مايحتاج أرسل إيميل لكم لأن الشكوى واضحة اذا اردت إتخاذ إجراء وهذا من صالح الشركة والا البدائل متوفرة وللأسف كنت أرغب في إرسال الشحنة عن طريقكم وعندما قرأت تعليقات الناس وردودكم تعاملت مع بديل أفضل

اللي يروحون للفرع ويلقونه مقفل ترا شحناتكم في محل لولي بوب في الشارع التجاري هي منطقه توزيع لارامكس

Very bad experience as my parcel got back and still my payment not refunded since one month. The case is already raised to Aramex customer care more than a month however still not resolved

صراحة تعامل الموظف مدري هندي أوبنقالي أخلاقه سيئه جدا ومستفز ورفض أن يشيل الشحنة إلى السياره لأنها طرد ثقيل يقول جب عامل من برى يشيل لك وبعد شد وجذب ساعدني في حمل الشحنة إلى السيارة ياليت يتم إستبدال هذا الموظف بأحد الشباب السعودي الطموح المحب لوطنه وخدمة إبناء هذا الوطن

كيف يكون معاملة العميل بهالطريقة وحنا في عام ٢٠٢٣
وفي الخبر وفي حي الدوحة
لو فيه اقل من نجمه قيمته ، اخر مره اشحن من اراميكس والله يخلي شركات الشحن الاخرى مثل سبل ، تعامل راقي ومكان انتظار نظيف وراقي

Aramex Saudi is the worst delivery service. I have simple shipment from Jeddah to Dammam. 3 delivery man has asked my information where package should be delivered and they are already in neighbourhood, but they kept on tossing package from one deliveryman to others, and finally they decide to postpone delivery for another day. I don’t know what reason use Aramex service other than cheap.

Worst branch to work with, employees working there are very rude and unprofesdional. This will be my first and last time to use aramex.

Location is convenient, but the shop is not visible prom road, even the aramex brand is not visible

Very Bad Service by Aramex, My shipment returned to seller by delivery boy he called me one time only. Very upset by Aramex.

The worst (Agent) Branch ever, Close too early, No working Committed hours!

Very bad service my shipment was in the store for more than a month without logging it to their system!
Wear sneakers since the way to the shop not asphalted

The employ is very cooperative and he helped to return an item because I was traveling the next day. Once it was done he contacted me and showed me a picture of the shipment. Thanks a lot!

شر البلية ما يضحك! المحل مسكر وقت الصلاة. طيب يمكن الموظف راح يصلي نقدر ذلك. بس اذا الموظف اجنبي وحالس داخل المحل! ايش الحكمة من التسكيره وقت الصلاه غير تعطيل الناس. وبالصوره تجد الموظف وانحن بانتظاره لينتهي من التدخين ويتفرغ لخدمتنا

The worst branch ever, they don’t abide on working hours time, every time I go there I found it closed! You have to find solution

This is the worst ever logistics company they should be banned completely. They outsource their delivery to illiterate unprofessional drivers who are abusive and run away. I have raised several compliants against them but to no avail. I am also going to write to Ministry in Saudi Arabia against them i am sure they will take care of this useless logistics company.

Horrible service and staff. They lost my package and told me the only thing I can do is to report them!

They put a sign to wait 5 minutes!
Waiting during working hours but nobody turns up. Worst branch ever.
