مكتبة جميله وعريقة، لكن ارجو إعادة النظر الى اسعار بعض المنتجات والخدمات + نفسية العمال متدنية بعض الشيئ + حصل موقف قبل شوي اخذت فوم بورد بالاحجام المتوفره عندهم وقصيته عندهم 30x30 cm واجبرني احاسب على قطعة الفوم بورد كامله مو اللي ابغاها بس يعني انا وش استفيد بالزوايد هذي المشكله احجامه كبيره يعني الفايده لهم مو لي
هم اللي ممكن يستفيدون منها بأعمال القص بعدين للزباين الاخرين ولكن الشكوى لله حاسبت على القطعه كامله من الرغم اني كنت بس ابغى القطعه اللي قصيتها

Great store. Everything related to artwork is available here. Like painting materials, stationery, books, copies, everything related to school and student, cloth, foam, thread, lace etc. I like this store.

Tried to communicate through their WhatsApp number since I am from Dammam for my daughter's tarpulin. They only replied once and no more responses if they could make the tarpulin or not. Admins of their WhatsApp might need proper customer service training. Confirmation is just answerable by yes or cant make it but they did not bother to reply to customer like me. I am a loyal zamil client and always shop at any decor and office needs. Just sharing my litle frustration.

واحد من احسن و احلى و ارتب المحلات لادوات الخياطة و الفن اليدوي. فيه كل ما بخطر ببالك و كل ما تحتاجه. الموظفين كثير متعاونين و يجاوبون على كل استفسار.

جداً جداً جداً اسعار الفلين غير طبيعي ومبالغ فيه و التسعيره على حسب مزاج الموظف الموجوده و الخدمة جداً سيئ

They have pretty much everything you need there, i love their fabrics collection! But i wish the prices were a bit lower so i can get crafty and stuff more often.

Zamil is known to us from past 25 years. It served excellent for my teaching needs and for my children's school projects. You think of a material for craft, art and project YOU CAN GET WITHOUT ANY HASSLE.
Earlier the salesmen were very courteous and helpful lately I find them to be very different.
Anyway we still go to Zamil for all our hobby needs.

A wonderful store, bright and clean with pretty much anything you could want. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

الموظفين تعاملهم للاسف سيء مافي لياقه ف التعامل مع الزبون تبي تسئل تستفسر يرد عليك بكلمه ويعطيك ظهره ويمشي

محل جميل للمهتمين بالفن ويعتبر الأفضل لكل محتم والوحيد بالشرقية الذي يضم كل ما يحتاجة الفن والمسرح والرسم والمكتبة القرطاسية الا ان اسعارة مرتفعة ويحتاج ميزانية اذا كنت منرواده

من افضل المحلات مهما كان طلبك من مستلزمات فنيه دراسيه اعمال ملابس عاملات او مستشفيات تجهيز وتصنيع جميع الاعمال يعيبهم سعر مرتفع قليلا

قسم الطباعه والتصوير عندهم من ناحية التعامل مع الزبائن سيء جداً، الاولويه للزبون المفروض و رضاه و هذا الشيء ما تحصله عندهم، التواصل بين بعضهم بعد سيء و يتواصلون معك و يصير الغلط عليك بعد ما يغلطون هن و باسلوب شين.

محل مميز في كل ما تبي من مستلزمات المدرسية والمشاريع الجامعية بالاختصار كل ما تحتاجه في 4 ادوار والميزة الحلوة كل دور مختص، لكن انتبه من المواقف الأفضل انك توقف بالخلف أو مقابل وقت الشاي بجانب البنك

At the same time they have a good tailor!

اولا هذا المكان يستحق أعلى من هذا التقييم ولكن للاسف سوء العاملين ونفسياتهم ومزاجهم السيء في التعامل مع الزبائن وكذلك اسعار مبالغ فيها جدا وهذ يرجع في نظري لسوء الإدارة هذا اذا كان يوجد إدارة اساسا

من عرفت الزامل أكثر من 25 سنة نفس المعيار نفس الجودة والأدب والمساعدة والإبتكار تحية تقدير للعم كبير السن إللي يشتغل فيه يقول المثل أوقف على مالك ولا عشرة من عمالك

محل م شاء الله متكامل للرسامين ومحبين الفن. وفيه اشياء كثثيييييره تنفع للهواة اللي يحبون يسوون الاشياء بأنفسهم DIY.

متجر يحوي اغلب الاشياء المطلوبة لمشاريع المدارس وفيه ايضا خيوط صوف وقسم العاب وقسم لزينة المناسبات (أعياد - مناسبات ترفيهية - تنكر)

They have all the tools and kits from beginner to professional uses.as a craft maker. I love this shop.
Whenever u r out of ways to find a craft tool or art tools or materials.remember this shop, they have it all. I honestly prefer it among all others. ONE MORE IMPORTANT THING. ITS CHEAPER. WAY CHEAPER.but for some of the things. Its little bit high in the price but thier quality for sure will be better.u pay more for better quality.

المكان يسكر بين صلاة الظهر الى العصر. كنت اتمنى لو وجدت هذي المعلومة و اوقاتهم بشكل عام هنا بدل ان ضيعت وقتي!

Staff and employees are in Evey corner to help and answer questions on where to find items you look for, they have a section downstairs for hand crafted or custom school projects, they also have another one upstairs (1st floor) for custom clothes and costumes upon request.party lovers you'll find what you look for here ️

All school items under one umbrella. From art and crafts to children diferrent costumes. Variety of school bags stationery items. Variety of drawing items colors. I went to take craft material for school project for my daughter.

Hate the people working in the workshop, everyone with phones talking. Not professional with handling costumes. Moreover, days to finsh the thing & fare is over priced!

Bad service

I have asked for an artist to draw faces for an important event. They confirmed they have an exceptional skills that will exceed my expectations. I have paid the money in advance. I was then shocked. Look at the attached photos. I rejected the work but the store manager refused to return the money. His treatment of customers is very bad. I had escalated this till I get my money back.

I will never come again

Possibly the only craft store in town but they need to update their material a bit and add more stuff

المحل من أعلام الخبر و المنطقه الشرقيه. عدة أدوار تغطي الإحتياجات المدرسيه و لوازم الحياكه و المواد الأساسيه لأصحاب هواية الرسم. المحل يوفر أيضا خياط لملابس المدارس. يوجد جزء للملابس التنكريه. يوجد أيضا قسم اعداد لوح مدارس و مجسمات علميه.

أرتاد المكان شخصيا من منتصف الثمانينات الميلاديه و لا يزال محافظ على نفس الهويه و التنوع في توفير مختلف أغراض المدارس و الهوايات المختلفه.

سابقا كان افضل بكثير

وكمان الكواشير يدوية حسابهم. يحتاج الى اعادةهيكله

خدمه سيئه تبي تاخد أغراض كل شخص يفلتك على ثاني وغير كدا الي يقص الاوراق متعصب
جدا نبي نقص ورق شاريه منهم يقول تعال بكرا اتمنى إعادة تدريب موظفيها على حسن تعامل والسلوك وانه يصبر مو يتذمر من الأشخاص ومافيها مساعدات كثيره تكلم العامل يقولك روح مناك طيب مالقيته شوف فوق مالقيته اصبر نفر تاني يجي انا مافي ده مكان. اتمنى النظر في موظيفيها

المحل جدا ممتاز ومتنوع ويوجد به جميع احتياجات الاسره من القرطاسيه الى الادوات الفنيه للرسم والنحت والفخاريات والاعمال الفنيه بالفلين والطباعه على التيشيرتات وصنع الالبسه التنكريه وايضا يوجد به كميه لابأس بها من الصوف وادوات الخياطه والاقمشه
مكان متكامل ولكن يغلق الساعه العاشره مساء نتمنى لو يتم تمديد وقت الاغلاق الى الثانيه عشره

A warehouse-like place with all the school items you could possibly need. For school and office supplies, I prefer to shop here than in the nearby Jarir Bookstore. Their prices are low and they have helpful staff. Parking could get a bit full on the weekends, but there are several side streets that you can utilize.

ما شاء الله لا قوة إلا بالله ،راااااااائع بما تعنيه الكلمة وكل مستلزماتك والأدوات الدراسية كلها متوفرة.

الزامل افضل محلات الخياطة في الشرقية ، اتعامل معهم من اكثر من عشرين سنة ، يعيبهم تعامل بعض موظفينهم خصوصا قسم الشرايط الدانتيل ، غير متعاونين تماما وحكمي هذا بناء على عدة زيارات وعدة مواقف.
بالنسبة للبضائع قلت النوعيات وياليت يرجعون الاقمشة الامريكية ذات الرسومات الجميلة الراقية.

يحوي قرطاسية وألوان ومكان لطلبعك وتنفيذ الأعمال الكبيرة والمجسمات بالفلين في الدور الأول، وأدوات الحياكة والخياطة وأدوات الحفلات في الدور الثاني، ومكان لخياطة ملابس الحفلات التنكرية والأقشمة ورول كانفاس في الدور الثالث

Sometimes i see itema which are very substandard and bot worth the price you pay at Zamil and also they need to improve more and bring in more variety and parties section specially for birthday decorstions if poasible.
