اول مره اشوف كنافه كذا الجبن سايح واللي لاحظته ان الكنافه جاهزه ويصخنونها بالمايكرويف ويجيبها لك سايحه ما تدري انت تاكل كنافه والا جبن سايح

ممتاز جدااا لكن الاسعار في ارتفاع اتمنى يكون سعرهم معقول اسعارهم تعدت اسعار سعد الدين بالتالي الزبون بيروح للافضل والمعقول

المحل قفل قبل نهاية الدوام بنصف ساعه لايوجد الى الكاشير يقفل الصندوق وطلبت والعمال خرجو ولا سو لي طلبي للأسف

لا يوجد توصيل الاسعار تختلف في هنجرستيشن بزياده مبالغ فيها ١٥ ريال في الطلب الواحد تلاعب واضح وعدم مصداقيه هم من وضع الاسعار في موقع هنجرستيشن ١٥ ريال زياده وهم في الاصل اسعارهم مبالغ فيها

والله يا اخوان اني كنت من عشاق هذا المحل خاصه الكنافه ست الكل ولاكن اخر الاشهر بديت استطعم طعم غريب في الكنافة واقرب ما يكون له طعم ورائحة (كلور) نفس الكلوركس،، المحل الان بالنسبه لي في البلاك لست،، جربت الفرعين الي في الفناتير والي في طيبه

الاجربة كانت لأول مره وكان لذيذ جدا والطلب كنافة نابلسية محشوة جبن عكاوي، والحجم متوسط بسعر ٦٠ ريال.

They sell Kunafa by size rather than by weight. And size starts from Medium. Presentation was very good and taste also very nice though if I have to choose I will go to my first love for Kunafa.

They also here ice-cream and other sweets. Haven't tasted either one.

For the service, I give three stars. But the 30 SaR I gave for the kunafa was a disappointing purchase because this is supposed to be their specialty.

انها غالية جدا بالنسبه لهذا المنتج البسيط
لا اعتقد اني ارغب بتكرار التجربه مرة اخرى ارجو من القائمين عليه دراسة الاسعار بما يتناسب مع المنتج و كلفته بالاضافه الى تحسين الجودة والطعم بالتوفيق للجميع
It is very expensive for this simple product
I do not think that I want to repeat the experience again.

للاسف فرع الجبيل دايم يعاني من قلة ادب وذوق الكاشير ع عكس الفروع الثانيه مدري وش السبب
اتمنى الاداره تتخذ اجراء ولابتخسر زبائن الصناعية

قالو الي بالجبيل طعم ولذيذ وعليه زحمة بس ماتوقعت زي كذا عاااااادي جدا أخذت كنافة بالقشطة احسها ماتحمرت ولا نضجت مزبوط وانا جايه كسياحة في الجبيل وقربت وسمعت بس للاسف تجربه لن تتكرر عندنا بجدة بس ما أخذت منه

انا لاحظت الفتره الاخيره لانه ما في كاميرا على المطبخ من داخل شنو السبب ما ادري علما ان البلديه حطت شرط اساسي في جميع المحلات وضع كاميرا داخل جميع المطاعم والمحلات بس الكنافه عندهم حلوه بس شلون يسوون والله ما ادري علماء حاطين شاشات وضع جميع الكنافات وحلويات

Ok listen and listen carefully, there are many mistakes, many negative things that I could talk about on this restaurant, but let's focus on the biggest one, weather you order online or by a delivery agent or even came or ordered by yourself, it will always be the there, it is the delay ladies and gentlemen, it takes approximately 45 minutes up to one hour to prepare your order, so next time if you have to order from them then make sure to order on hour before the time you want it, just in case.other than that there is the staff attitude, not cool at all.
