من أفضل الأماكن على مستوى الخبر عموما.
تنوع المطاعم والكوفيهات جدا رائع.
المطل على البحر جميل جدا.
تجربة رائعة.

أجدان بصراحه عادي جداً صغير مساحته لو كان أكبر كان أحلا وأجمل بالتوفيق السنما مافيها أفلام حلوه كلها ماش

مكان جميل للتمشية فيه مطاعم ممتازة مثل برقر بوتيك و فيه جزء منه يسمى المطل فيه مقاهي و مطاعم فاخرة زي بتيل افضل وقت له يكون قبل الغروب

One of the best places in Khobar. A lot of car parking available here and there is a variety of different shops and restaurants.

It's OK, restaurants and a cinema. Parking near by. Just walking really.but this is as wild as it gets for Saudi Arabia.

Solid mix of go-to places to eat. Sadly, it's mostly chain restaurants, which, while well-managed, it doesn't provide local chefs and entrepreneurs an opportunity to showcase their wares. That said, the area is hip, attracts a respectful and responsible crowd and you can get above average, predictable food in a fun environment

Awesome hangout place. All major food brands under one roof. Cheese cake factory, PF changs, Nando's, Texas, Starbucks, Dose, pinkberry and many more. Ambience is super.

من اروع اماكن الترفية بكورنيش الخبر يوجد به سينما ومطاعم ومقاهي مثل تشيزكيك وستاربكس ودوز وغيرها

افضل مكان لانتقاء قهوة او تحليه او مطعم فيه تنوع كبير بين انواع المقاهي والمطابخ العالميه لبناني امريكي ماليزي صيني.

السبب الوحيد اللي يخليني اعطيه تقييم منخفض هو انه مافي اماكن تغيير للاطفال و الحمامات في اللو مرسوم اماكن تغيير و اماكن للمعاقين و لما اروح مقفلينها و يقولون ما تشتغل و محد يفتحلك و الحمام الرئيسي مافيه اماكن للمعاقين و الاطفال اشوف هذا سوء تنظيم من الادارة

The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is the fact that their handicapped toilets are locked and the family toilet sign has been removed and there are no places to change the babies and when you ask their worker they say it doesn’t exist and there is a huge sign and there are no places inside the main toilets

This place is the best location to enjoy your food.

Ajdan is one of the places that you must visit before you leave khobar. Specially in winter the place is just amazing family oriented, and few coffeeshops and restaurants with good service mainly alshaye group businesses.

المكان حلو بس ازدحام من الشباب لا يتعشو ولا مخلين العوائل ياخدو راحتهم ماغير ماخذ كوب قهوة ويفتر فيها للصباح وثاني شي الخروج من المواقف سئ زحمة وتنظيم سئ

A cool place to hang out with friends and family. There is a wide array of restaurants of international brands. Cheese cake factory, star bucks, Dose, etc. Weekends are really crowded and weekdays it is possible for a evening walk.

انصح الادارة بالابتعاد عن الموسيقى تعبدًا ولاجل الزوار مزعج!

جربت في اجدان كافيه غلين الراقي مكان ونوع الموسيقى والحلا اجملل مما تتصورون.
المجمع كله رايق ويستحق الزياره

لم يعجبني لماذا عندما تتحدث عن مكان للمشي والمتعة يفترض لا يكن بهذا الحجم البسيط جدا جدا قطعة في قطعة ماهو الانجاز الذي عملتة وأذهلت المتسيح قارن هذا بالذي بالامارات لا يوجد وجة مقارتة من ناحية المشي والأبداع والأخراج وكل شيء للأسف لا يوجد لدينا مفكرين ومخرجين يبهرونك بالمخرجات الهدف فقط انظرو عملنا،،, (شوووو)

مكان حلو مناسب للكل فيه مطاعم جميل وقهاوي جربت مات كوكيز طعم شي ثاني! وجايين من الرياض عشان نشوف المدح اللي له وطلع صدق يستحق التجربة مكان ممتع جدا

This place gives me Dubai vibes. There are quite a lot good restaurants and Caffè. Also, there is one of the fancier Starbucks I have ever seen:)

It is one of the newest area in Khobar which is Very nice to be visited for family. Visitors will like the place since it has a variety of restaurants and cafes. Soon, a cinema will be opened. It is located in Khobar corniche. There is an underground parking that is free of charge. It is an open area and some of the restaurants have an inside and outside seating, though most of them have the inside seating arrangement.

Steel structure, waterfall, water features, plants, restaurants, coffees, creamery shops, cinema to open soon and more, all of that are located by the Corniche side!
Families and bachelors would enjoy their times here, the place is safe and luxurious.

منطقة رائعة وجديدة في مدينة الخبر تحتوي على مطاعم ومقاهي بتصميم حديث وعصري.
اول احساس يجيك لما تدخل كأنك في دبي.
انصح بزيارتها ولكن يعيب على المكان الزحام ومدة الانتظار للدخول للمطاعم تتراوح ما بين ٣٠ الى ٤٥ دقيقة بسبب الاجراءات الاحترازية.

An up and coming development that has become the key landmark for having a pleasant time at Khobar

I mainly go there for the wings during lunch breaks at work. They have a good variety of flavors to please most tastes. Since i have a short lunch break, the only area of improvement is if they could accept dine in orders over the phone. I noticed that they tend to start preparing the food only after they ensure the guest is physically presence at the store which is inconvenient sometimes.

مكان جميل جدا العائلة وياليت يكون العائلة فقط لأن فيه شباب كثير يزحمون العائلات علشان كذا مزدحم جدا

Beautiful place with different restaurants to chose from. I highly recommend that you go to Cheesecake Factory and order (rib eye steak)

مكان ولا اروع من حيث الترتيب والاناقه وتنوع المجالات وتزداد حلاوته في غير هذا الوقت لعدة اسباب منها حرارة الاجواء ونسبة الرطوبه

One of the best places to hangout with friends, And sometimes for family. Many Premium Restaurants And coffee shops that are not even available in In any place in the kingdom.

Newly open Place near Corniche, with all satnd -alone restaurant, brands Cheesecake Factory, Babel, Asha's, Texas, Starbucks etc.

This place have a small nice walk to it.many great restaurants are in it steak road house/ cheesecake restaurant / Indian Resturant.

I would recommend going their defiantly to check out that place and walk a little.

It's the first time for me to visit such a great place there in Khobar I liked the Architecture design
The people there are so nice and honorable.
-Starbucks is a legend everywhere.
