خدمه سريعه واكل لذيذ ، لكن الكاشير محسسك انك تراجع دايرة حكوميه قبل 10 سنوات ما يكلمك الا من طرف خشمه

والله يرزق من يشاء بغير حساب والله يزيدهم من فضله طلبت شاورما وبروستد حراق وبرجر دجاج مع جبن الشاورما دجاج اخر مره اطلبه اقدر اسميه شاورما ثوم بالرغم اني بلغت مقدم الطلب البروستد حار عن المعتاد والبرجر لابأس به ولكن يختلف عن الباقي الطلبات كنك تراجع البلدية تمر باوراقك اكثر من محل.

لا يوجد خدمه لتقديم الطعام. المكان يحتاج طاولات اكثر بسبب الازدحام. النظافه ممتازه. صعوبه الحصول على موقف للسياره. الاسعار معقوله.

ماشاءالله مطعم ممتاز من كل النواحي لذيذ ، سريع ، تنوع جودة.
لكن مشكلة جلسات العوائل محدودة خصوصا مع الزحمه

للاسف لا يقبولون حضوري انا وزوجتي وبناتي حيث لايوجد بارتشن اضطرينا نغادر المطعم لم يعد للمنقبات مكان في مطاعمنا

بوفيه بس بجلسات الاسعار حلوه نفس البوفيه وماحبيت الخدمه ذاتيه وتجمع طلباتك من الفرن او من السندويشات ،، التنظيف جهه الجلسات العائليه مش نظيفه

Update: We got take out last night, and we tried a variety of dishes. Everything was good, and everyone was happy!

The falafel pieces are huge! The falafel sandwich with hummus is my favorite falafel sandwich I’ve ever had in the Eastern Province. It’s exactly like the falafel sandwiches in many places in Riyadh. 9/10

The meat kebab was very good 9/10.
The hummus was above average 8/10.

We ordered the medium chicken shawarma plate. It was a generous portion, and we liked that we could control how much garlic sauce we put on our sandwiches. It probably makes 5-6 or more sandwiches depending on how you fill them. 10/10

Fatayer- I didn’t try it myself, but my daughters enjoyed the labneh pie/sandwich.

French fries- freshly homemade French fries. The large was way too much for us. They are best when hot and fresh.

We only tried the chicken and meat shawarma sandwiches. The meat was lean and tender and tasted high quality. The chicken was good as well, classic shawarma. The garlic sauce is generous in the chicken shawarma, but it doesn’t seem oily or heavy like some other shawarma places.

It's a big name in the food restaurants.the beef Shawarma was good, chicken shawarma was also okay. The broasted is average but is unreasonably expensive and so are the kebabs grills.
One suggestion, the same token number issued at the counter should be used at each station for shawarma or broasted. The customers are verbally told new numbers at every food counter and we have keep running from one counter to another.

Broasted was not satisfactory,
Juice were sour taste.
Staffs are Zero communication.

الأكل جيد لكن نظام استلام الوجبات سيء جداً!
رحت مع عائلتي وطلبنا شاورما ومقبلات وبروستد ومشويات ومشروبات،، لازم اروح لكل قسم واعطيه فاتورة وارجع اتابع وش خلص وآخذه واطلع بالصواني لقيم العوايل فوق! يعني مو معقولة أعطي فاتورة للشاورما الدجاج وفاتورة ثانية للشاورما اللحم!

والعمال انواع الصراخ والنفسيات،، بصراحة تجربة سيئة جداً.

Everything is very good, but it is very crowded and a bit noisy. I would like the owner of the place to do some work to create at least a quiet environment inside, and for the next defect, you have to approve the invoice and then wait in line at each one. Of course, it is not difficult to find something easier.

الصراحه المطعم غني عن التعريف لكن في الاونه الاخير لاحظت الشوارما ناشفة مادري هو الزحمه ولا ايش. بشكل عام اسأل الله ان يغنيهم بفضله

I ordered 4 chicken shawarma and 1 sprite through HungerStation the order was late for one hour plus I received wrong order 1 chicken shawarma and 3 meat shawarma instead and all sandwiches reached cold and no sprite I wish you pay more attention to delivery orders

طالب اربعه شورما الشورما من داخل شوي دجاج والباقي كله ثوم وصوصات كثيره كاني قعد اشرب الشورما لايستاهل الاعادة

١-طلبنا شاورما ومقبلات
الشاورما الدجاج كويسة والثوم مضبوووووط بس ثقيييييل يعني لا تكثر علشان ماتتعب كـ أكل كويس

المقبلات صراحه مو تخصصهم ابد ،، افضل شي عندهم بابا غنوج بس

٢-الجلسات سيئة اتمنى الي فكر فيها ماعاد يفكر،، حتى الطفل طاح من كراسيهم كانها مكتب.

٣-المواقف قليلة وازعاج المكان غير مريح الاوادم جنب بعض
٤-عصير الرمان ممتاز

Absolutely pathetic. The way management decided to pay first and serve yourself in other words pay first and struggle till you gets your food. I dont understand who are these people who gave such restaurant overhype inspite of their bad and un acceptable service. The have enough number of waiter and cleaners why they dont serve customer. They dont serve gents section somehow acceptable how they are not serving family section on first fllor one ahloud go upstair sit with family then go dow to order and then go to each counter have lot of struggle to get food from each counter.by this time one food whoch received first getting cold and other food you still didnt received. By the time you received 3 or 4 different type of tray of food you order you cant take it alone to first floor. I will never go to this restaurant again even if they pay me to eat their food witn such service standards. Huge improvement opportunity for the management to re think atleast about family section. Also no partition in family section makes feel more awkward while you take food with your hand and try to find place to sit all are wathing each other doing this service for restaurant.

طلبت صحن فلافل طعمة طيب ودائماً طازج لكن الملاحظة الأسعار مرتفعة بالنسبة للمنتج المقدم
