Excellent pricing compared to others. Also a good selection of products always. Apple products section staff are good and very supportive. AC section is not up to expectations with no customer service experience.

لي ملاحظة على خدمة العملاء موظف واحد وصف من العملاء وعليهم الانتظار لوقت طويل قد يعطل التزاماتهم اتمنى ان يأخذوها بعين الأعتبار.
بعض الموظفات تحتاج لتدريب كيفية التعامل من الزبون وعدم التعالي والتصرف بطريقة غير مقبولة.

Nice place for appliance a-lot of choice with reasonable price,
but the problem is the salesperson keep following you all the way which they distract you. Otherwise everything is fantastic.

Very bad service, I purchased PS5 for my son a year ago and i paid 400 S. R additional for maintenance and the emloyee told me the warranty is covering the damages and the software, after one of using we got the HDMI port damaged and they don't want to fix it until I pay 575 S. R to change the small port, when I was standing there waiting for the maintenance request I saw three people complaining for the similar issues.

Online delivery is a joke. I ordered washing machine online, it should be delivered on 14 Aug. Due to communication no wrong, I unable to get the delivery. After that I call them and request to change the number. But they always say your number changed tomorrow we will delivery. 5 days finish. Still did not have delivery of Washing machine. Very slow and irresponsible

No after sell service or advice, worst customer care, Rude head staff. Make you feel like servants, like you are asking for favour from them. Very bad experience.
It's better to buy on line.

Worst Place. Don’t buy from here. It’s better to buy from online shopping markets such as Souq. I recently buy one Electronic item and due to some reason I need to change the color of the product in just 2 hours after buying. I didn’t even on / use the product. But they refused to collect the product first later when I insisted and shouted on them. Then, they accepted to exchange it with 15 % deductions as per their idiot policy. Souq never deduct any amount even if you completely return the product.

The cashier INSISTED my husband provide his mobile number. My husband said he didn't want to receive messages from Xtra, therefore, he didn't want to provide his mobile number. The cashier said it was needed for the warranty, my husband said the receipt should be sufficient. The cashier said it wasn't and didn't proceed ringing up the sale until my husband gave the his mobile number. We weren't even half way home, when sure enough, my husband received his first text message from Xtra!

Slow/non existent customer service. Only the female sales clerck was any help. If you're buying electronics, don't waste your time here simply go to Jarir.

ادق ع الرقم الموحد لكن لا حياه لمن تنادي. يعني ع التطبيق توجد اسعار وع تطبيق تاني اسعار مختلفه يعني كيف نتاكد ومافي حد يرد.

Their "service center" for phone maintenance is a terrible joke on the public. For replacing a glass back on a phone, they need 14 days at a ridiculous high cost.but the worst part is that they want to erase the data for it too! For merely changing the back glass cover of the phone! Idiotic sham and scam.

Always look for end of year sale where prices are good but while year this place is fine for buying mobiles, home appliances and many more

Non helpful staff. Mainly customer service in the office. They don't know how to talk or how to help people. Then why they are staying there. Also ground staff. Anyway what we expect from this guy's. Keep it up.
I wasted more than 4 hour there. And didn't buy anything. So you can think how much I control my self. To buy a mobile from there. But unfortunately I can't. Because of that customer service and ground staff.

The store is ultimate for shopping. However, customer service is a disaster, as you might win the jackpot before some lend a hand!

Well known store for electronics.
But you have to be smart as you easily can find the same item/device in a cheaper prices in other stores.

الفرع مرتب، خدمة العملاء جيدة، نظام الفوترة ممتاز، يعيبه نقص الموظفين، في كثير من الأحيان اعاني عشان ألقى موظف يساعدني، لابد الإلتفات للنقطة هذي لأنها متكررة، بعض الموظفين يجتهد ويعطي معلومات مضللة (يفتي بما لا يعلم)

اثناء التخفيضات كالتالي:
يحطون لك قيمة الجهاز اول مانزل ثم يخفضون لك قيمته ربما بشي بسيط وربما بسعر كويس مثل 20 ميت الصراحة سعره مناسب وممتاز بعد الخصم قريب ال1600 تقريبا وسعره بالسوق ب2000 وشغلات كثيره ممتازة اثناء العروض وعلى العكس ايظا لاتوجد عروض كويسه مثل اجهزة السامسونج ماكان عليها عروض قويه المهم:
لاتنخدعوا بكثرة زوار المعرض اثناء العروض وانكبابهم على المتجر بصراحة يعطي انطباع عند الشخص انه يله اشتري قبل مايخلص عليك العرض
وامسك نفسك شويه بتلاقي ان سعره بعد الخصم نفس سعر بالخارج او يقل شويه او ربما بتخفيض وهمي فقط.

على العموم متجر اكسترا متجر قوي وانا من محبيه.

It was the annual sale period. Jam packed, No parking. The products were available at good prices. Value for money and time.

لماذا تنقص النجمة من التقييم؟؟؟
ثلاث اسباب
الاول قسم ملابس الاطفال يحتاج الى تنسيق القطع بين بعضها
فتجد فنيلة او قميص ولا تجد بنطلون يناسبه وهكذا
الثاني سؤ تعامل بعض الكاشيرات العاملات في المخرج الخلفي
الثالث سياسة ترك العملاء يقفون في طابور المحاسبة بمجرد ان يؤذن (مع العلم انني من المصلين) ولكن ان يترك الناس هكذا وبمجرد ان يؤذن وعند الاعتراض يكون الرد يوجد لوحة مكتوب عليها!

للاسف هذه الاسباب الثلاثة هي ما دفعتني لترك الشراء منهم لاشهر الان والبحث عن بيل اخر مثل دبنهامز ومذركير وايكيا

شركة كبيرة وتوفر سلع كثيرة في مكان واحد ، أسعارهم لاتطابق دعايتهم بالرغم من العروض الكثيرة اللي بيعملوها لكن أغلب التخفيضات غير حقيقية أو ليست بالقدر الكبير ، ومع ذلك تعتبر وجهة أولى لي عند شرائي اي جوال.

My favorite place to compare and buy electronics and home appliances with a good record of home delivery. Until Saturday December 1,2018 when the AC delivery and installation team disappointed me in Extra as a first-choice shop. The team did not report on time and they called to reschedule during prayer time (hoping that I will not answer their call so they can report that the customer did not answer their call which prohibited them of finishing their job). Hence, I called the customer service line to complain about the delivery service. To my shock the agent told me that I shall receive a call with 48 hours then they will reschedule the delivery and installation. The next morning I visited the Khobar store and met with the deputy Store Manager who apologized for the poor handling of the delivery issue and offered his services to fix the issue. As I was disappointed with the service I opted to cancel the order and get my refund in cash. To be fare for Extra management the deputy Store Manager was extremely nice and professional which will keep me shopping at Extra. Furthermore, in the same morning I received a call from Extra Customer Services in Riyadh who offered to send their own technician to deliver and install the AC ASAP (which restored my faith in Extra stores). I will continue to shop at Extra but not for ACs.

Mornings are not busy here, but found it hard to find a staff inside for support.they usually have more staff in the evening but evenings are very busy here.

Mr Maid stepped in and explained the return policy and manufacturer warranty. He also initiated a work order for repair from manufacturer

اخذت من عنده كنكة قهوة تركية كهربائية عشان بالدوام تسوي قهوتك على راحتك وعندهم كل الادوات الكهربائية

انا اشتريت عده مرات اجهزه الكترونيه جديده من ااخارج ولما تفتحها تجدها مستعمله وشي لقيته مكسور ومرجع يعني اجهزتهم سوقيه وكثرة اعلاناتهم يبيون الجمهور يتوافد عليهم عندهم التسويق يعرف كيف يجيب الزبون
