One year later and they still haven't returned my deposit. I have emailed send all documents, made every request and nothing.

Lying, cheating company.

We want to rent a car from Yellow, the guy kind of refused renting me a car cuz I’m not a covered woman! Please don’t go there. Try the theeb if you want a car in Al Aullah KSA.

I rented a car there from 2022-02-21 to 2022-02-23 and I am still waiting for my deposit refund.

Three months later and the deposit was not refunded. Multiple complaints through the app and no results.

Rented from Yelo in AlUla, for pick-up at the airport upon arrival. Unfortunately, its not very clear how this works. Although there appears to be an airport outlet, the only office showing in their reservations system is in the city. Made a reservation anyway, and contacted the Yelo customer service desk to try and arrange an airport pick-up. Friendly enough, but unfortunately clueless.sorry sir, the airport desk is closed.
Traveled to AlUla, took an airport taxi to the city to pick up the car. Only to discover there that they run a shuttle service from the airport.why does nobody know this? !? !
Friendly branch manager (Ziad), quickly got us on our way and confirmed shuttle service would be available for the way back.
Received a rather grimy Kia that, despite the no smoking stickers, smelled like an airport smokers cabin. Drove fine however, no trouble at all.
True to Ziad's word, upon return only a few mins wait for the shuttle to the airport.

Excellent service from Yelo, both at pick-up in the airport and drop off down town Al Ula. Many thanks for the kindness if the downtown location for arrabging our return to the hotel.

خيارات سيارات متنوعة وفروع في اغلب مدن ومطارات المملكة تعامل الموظفين في الفروع وخدمة العملاء جيدة يتم تقديم خصم ١٥% للمتقاعدين ، بالامكان تسليم السيارة في غير مدينة الاستلام مقابل رسوم ، لكن أنصح بتصوير الشاشة عند إنهاء الحجز ودفع المبلغ المطلوب ، بسبب تعرضي لإلغاء حجزي من قبل الشركة دون إشعار والمبلغ تم دفعه، واضطررت لدفع الإيجار بسعر اعلى
