Closd to haram very nice reception but room is small for 4 persons reservation not include breakfast witch is strange for me to an hotel classed as 4 stars and no wifi as mentioned in booking

Perfect, no problems experienced. Spacious rooms. Clean rooms. Customer service and communication excellent. When ever I need something, I call reception and they fulfill my need quick.

Easy access to masjid al-Nabawi, pharmacies, groceries and eateries. The hotel is clean and service is impeccable.

The room, 124, is very noisy due to its location near the elevator. Everything in the room shakes when someone is using the elevator, which happened quite often.

We stayed at Saja Al Madinah during our stay in Medina. There seems to be a mixture of reviews here so please take my feedback as a pinch of salt.

We had booked a room for 5 adults and the room was spacious and wasn't cramped. The hotel location is very good and is close walking distance to the prophet's mosque.

We found the rooms to be clean and tidy, what i loved about the room were the curtains which completely block out the sunlight. You wont have the slightest clue what time it is if the curtains are drawn. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and didn't experience any issues. Check in was swift. The only negative feedback i have is that the hotel was slightly pricey.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 night. Worse experience I have had in my many trips to Saudi.

We were originally on 13th floor, after EVERY shower; it would get drained and blocked. We had to use towels to stop the water coming out the bathroom. I was told this is the same for every room on floors 11,12 & 13. The bathroom was small and outdated, with a continuous smell from the drains. They also would take ages for maintenance and house maintenance to come.

Only one good about this hotel is close to gate 328,329 of prophets Mosque and takes you straight to the women's area. Plenty of shops around (taiba mall, etc). The hotel area however food is not good at all. It's exensive for what the hotel offers. Only positive us the distance to the mosque.

Would highly advise to avoid this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Saja Al Madinah between 14-19th September 2023. The reception was nice, rooms clean and the beds VERY comfortable. When required, the room service was swift and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

We didn't try the food so I cannot comment, but the location was a few minutes walk from Masjid Nabawi with good shops close by, If I come to Madinah again inshallah, I will definitely be looking at staying at Saja Al Madinah again.

My only criticism from a perfect score is that you have to ask for your room to be cleaned rather than being scheduled, but otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Good wifi, easy access to taxis and food.

The hotel is well located in relation to the mosque. The staff is friendly and quite responsive. The security guard on the other hand is not at all nice.
The rooms: the toilet only worked every other time, the showers are quite old, a floor lamp almost fell on us.
The restaurant is OK.

Thank God, the hotel is very close to the Nabawi Mosque and surrounded by many shops, very easy access. Alhamdulillah, I was very satisfied when I stayed a few days at this hotel. What needs to be improved is only the AC part.everything else, thank God, is enough. Thank You

I had an exceptional experience there. They were extremely accommodating and specially the check out was extended by 2 o clock so guest can easily performed Zuhar prayer and comfortably prepare to check out.
So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional and staff was very friendly as well. Would definitely send a friend there reason its very close to Medina masjid as well fulfill all your requirements during your stay.

Suggestions
Please make some more arrangements in breakfast in consideration of Pakistani guest.

Easy check in and check out was really easy, rooms were clean, slightly on the older side.
Shower was great.
Concierge and rooms service was reasonable.
Underground parking is available but slightly tight.
May be a an extra walk for older citizens but manageable.

Alhamdulillah. Overall ok. Lift will be crowded during peak hours especially after people come back after solat from Masjidil Nabawi but it was acceptable.

صراحه الغرفه حلوه واحسن موظفة رهف والباقي وجودهم وعدمه واحد الافطار انتبهو تغلطو وتاخذو اكلهم اكل بكستانين تدفعو في الحجز مبلغ على الافطار وتنصدمو ب بيضه وجوبنه قطعه نجت وكلش محدود والاكل م ينوكل ومهما تكلمنا م في فايده انتبهو تاخذو افطار و تخسرو عليه وكل السعودين الي هناك يتذمرو ولا يعجبهم انك تكلميهم
ونقول لهم حولونا للأدارة م يحولونا

الفندق جميل و قريب للحرم و مدخل المواقف كبير غير اغلب الفنداق توجد بعض الحشرات بدورات المياه تحتاج الى تعقيم افضل

فندق جميل يتميز بقربه من الحرم وسعره المعقول
بالإضافة إلى التعامل الراقي لطاقم الاستقبال وخدمة العملاء.
يحتاج فقط إلى عناية أكثر فيما يتعلق بالنظافة.

Although this hotel had good reviews in general, location was convenient and close to the Masjid Nabawi, the staff was very helpful but for us it was not as per our expectations, cleanliness is not that good, you could see hair and fresh stains on the bed sheets and pillows.flour and bathroom is rustic old and not clean, the sink clogged on our first day.the breakfast buffet can be better.

Best hotel to stay in budget. I had stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Staff at reception are very nice, cooperative and welcoming. Their services are good room cleaning etc. Buffet breakfast is very nice. Only 3-4 minutes walk from Masjid Al Nabawi gate 15. All facilities (shopping malls, gold shops, food shops, SIM shops, bin dawood, currency exchange, wholesale market) near to this hotel would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Great quality and structure, very spacious and clean. Outstanding customer service and one of the best breakfast buffet. Chef Said does an absolutely amazing job. Can’t wait to come back

فندق جميل ونضيف والموظفين محترمين وقريب من الحرم اخذت غرفة اربع أسرة ديكورها جميل وطلالتها على المدينة.

فندق ممتاز الاثاث حديث و الاسره مريحة وان كان يبعد قليلا عن الحرم النبوى واقرب باب له هو باب ١٥ في المسجد النبوى مسافة حوالي ٤٠٠ متر ومناسب للنساء

فندق نظيف متكامل الخدمات. خط مستقيم من الفندق للحرم. تعامل راقي من قبل خدمة النزلاء. لنا عودة اليهم في المرات القادمة بمشيئة الله

The room and service was fine but the wifi was beyond bad, I couldn't even access Facebook, and much less see videos, please fix this issue and it will be a 5 star from me I was in room 828

Will highly recommend. The staff I will give 5. Room is very clean. Lobby is lively. It's the hotel staff that makes your staff wonderful. The reception Staff I also give 5. Communication in English is excellent. Will come back yes.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Its neat and clean five star property. Its very close to Masjid Nabvi.

Aoa. I booked Saja Al-Medina for my stay in Medina for 9 nights during my Umrah trip in October 2019. I chose the quint room as we were five adults. The bedding was comfortable and it was a good-sized room especially designed keeping in view the need for 5 ppl like 5 x safety deposit box, 5 x cupboards (one for each person). It had three big mirrors plus a TV with satellite channels. I was staying with my elderly parents and had to push the wheelchairs and it was 4-5 mins walk max to gate 15 entrance of Masjid-e-Nabawi. The hotel staff were very prompt in resolving issues and making sure that we are satisfied with their service which is what we really liked abt it. They also gave us late check out free of charge as we had to leave for Makkah @4pm. Their breakfast was also good, to our surprise there was an omelette station, different dishes different days and taste was very good. During our time there, we didn't have to wait for the lifts. The location was good as there were lots of shops around to shop and eat. Easy check-in and check out, highly recommend this as they made our stay memorable. I would like to thank each and every member of their staff. JazakAllah

Been there for few days. Absolutely 5 star experience. Everything was parfect and. Friendly staff. Excellent customer service from REEM at hotel reception. Will definitely go there again.

غرف الفندق بشكل عام جميلة ونظيفة ودورة المياه متوفر فيها جميع ما يحتاجه النزيل وليس ببعيد عن ساحات الحرم وهو أقرب إلى مصلى النساء في الحرم من مصلى الرجال ويتميز بوقوعه على طريق الملك فيصل لكن ما يعيبه هو عدم الاهتمام بشكوى النزيل وطريقة التعامل مع الشكوى ولي حادثة أتمنى ألا تتكرر مع أي عميل آخر مع أنني عزمت على عدم السكن فيه مرة أخرى واستبدال السكن بفنادق تهمها سمعتها الإقليمية والعالمية وتجد من يتفاعل مع شكواك باحترافية واحترام
وأنا كنت قد حجزت غرفة عن طريق أحد المواقع لشخصين وعند الوصول طلبت من الاستقبال تعيين غرفة جيدة وأخبرني بأنه فعل ذلك وذكر لي ان الفندق فيه صيانة وان المتاح منه ٤ أدوار فصدقته وذهبت للغرفة وصعقت بعد ان دخلت حيث أنها أصغر غرفة أقيم فيها في جميع رحلاتي!
اعترضت من الغد واستبدلوها بغرفة ضعف مساحتها ورضيت ولكن الذي حصل بعد ذلك أمر لم يسبق أن واجهني في أي فندق حول العالم وهو أنه في اليوم الأول لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة مع انه وضع لهم لافتة التنظيف وبعد ان عدتي اخبروني بأنني لم اتصل بهم وأرسلوا من ينظفها وأنا موجود!
في اليوم التالي حصل نفس الكلام وقدمت شكوى وبعد أن حضر مدير النظافة بدأ يحاسبني على أسلوبي في التعامل مع الموظفين وأنني رفعت صوتي عليهم قلت عندما تتجاهل شكواي وتنبري للدفاع عن موظف لديك هذه ليست مهنية في التجارة لان شكواي لا قيمة لها عندكم ورفع صوتي هو تعبير عن غضبي ثلاثة أيام لا يتم تنظيف الغرفة والعجيب انك اطلعت على شكواي ولم تبادر للاتصال بي والاعتذار وعندها قال نعم لا بد ان تتصل بخدمة الغرف قلت من أين لك هذا النظام قال الم تقرأ العقد عن توقيعك عليه قلت وما مكتوب فيه قال التنظيف يكون بالطلب قلت الطلب تقدمت به بوضع اللافتة لكن عقدك لم يشير إلى ضرورة الاتصال هاتفيًا بخدمة الغرف عند الرغبة بذلك وعندها سكت ووجه المختص بتنظيف الغرفة من الغد بدون اتصال!

Really nice hotel and close to Haram.i have stayed in same hotel in 2013 but that standard was less then 3 star well improved this time arround.staff was very nice and friendly.reception staff had good English speaking skills.our cheak out time was 2pm but they let us stay till 5pm without any charge as our flight was 9.30. Strongly recommend this place

I can’t give a five star rating because it’s far away from ladies gates and service and breakfast is just ok. If you want a reasonable hotel for just stay then it’s ok.

Great customer service. Great hotel. Will be my main hotel in Madinah from now on IA. 3-5 minutes from Masjid e Nabwi. Good restaurant downstairs and many shops nearby. Shoutout to Abdul Wahab at the reception. Super nice guy.

فندق فاقد للمصداقية و لا أنصح بالتعامل معه. ألغى حجزي بدون سابق إنذار بدعوى عدم وجود رصيد في البطاقة الائتمانية و خرب علي رحلتي على الرغم من قدومي من مدينة الرياض.
