Madinah Marriott Hotel

Old rooms. Poor facilites. Broken hair dryers. Smelly washrooms (shower curtain). Poor Breakfast Buffet. Bad experience every time! Wont be considered an option (atleast in Madinah City)

Amazing experience. The rooms are spacious and feels royal. It is just a 3 minute walk to masjid ghumama. We stayed for a week, the staff is nice. We booked a haram view room and it was spectacular. They have a shuttle service too but it just takes you around the other street. Good nice place, go to the market behind the road and you will find good deals.

الفندق جميل و نظيف الممرات و الغرفه و لكن المواقف للسيارات مت فيه بالرغم انه موجود و اكن تعذور بسبب الدفاع المدني راح تصطر توقف بعيد الفندق ، طلبت للغرفه تنظيف ماجاني و انا عندهم يومين باتصال و حطيت الاستكر لهم و لا جاء فيه موظف يحسسك انك جالس في بيتهم مو انت الي دافع من دراهمك بقيه الموظفين الاستقبال ممتازين.

‏من أسباب الرزق كثرة الاستغفار ومن أسباب الهيبة قلة الكلام ومن أسباب الجمال كثرة الابتسامة. فكن ثريا جميلا ذو هيبة في يوم واحد، تأمل: كل هذا يحصل لك بحسن استخدام عضو واحد منك هو الفم فكيف بمن يحسن استخدام كل نعمة في جسده؟
استغفر الله العظيم الذي لا اله الا هو الحي القيوم واتوب اليه

One Star Hotel Mentioned Plate by Govt of Madinah. Very Old and Cheap Rooms. Old furniture. No Tissues in room. Staff is trained. No microwave Nothing even in comparison of Two Star Hotels.

Excellent I am regular visitor of Medina I never stayed in this type of hotel in cheap price staff also very friendly

للأسف وقت نزولي بالفندق كانت هناك ترميم للفندق إضافة لعدم وجود المطعم والمواقف كذلك غير موجوده بالفندق
تجربة لا اعتقد انها تستحق الاعادة

Staff was good Mr.shamim and Abdullah were very nice guys help us alot.rooms were clean but very old wash rooms needs to be maintained more lights were very dim hair dryer never worked not really close but shuttle service was available for every salat had a good time there

Just check in found this insect was killed and kept on the pillows with out cleaning and changing, room is not tidy and smelly

Good but refused to refund me 1 night even a week prior notice.feeling been overcharged paid for 4 nights while stayed 3.

Overall experience was good
Bangladeshi staff is very helpdul but 1 of the saudi staff named saud ia very lazy and never wants to perform his duties.
Hotel is located far from haram and is not a goood location for ladies. Further u have to depart atleast 20 mins before prayer to reaxh on time as the shuttle drops u on the opposite side of haram

It's a good hotel. Although staff could be friendlier, that's the only reason I haven't given it 5 stars.

We stayed 5 nights at Madina Marriott. Our stay was good. The manager Abdul Salam was very helpful at the time of check in. The staff were friendly. The room service response time could improve Insha Allah, other than this we had a pleasant stay. The shuttle service is pretty good as well.

Neat and clean ambience. Spacious rooms as compare to other hotels in Madinah. Food is expensive comparatively.

A nice hotel located at just 10 minutes walking distance from mosque. Room service was excellent, however the staff must learn English to communicate.
They should also plan to provide registered car service if required.
Bus service upto mosque is available but the attitude of drivers needs improvement.

The staff was very welcoming and supportive. Shuttle bus services were mostly on time. They operated between the hotel and the intersection of Gate No. 6 and No. 7 of the Grand Mosque. The room was neat and clean. The toilet was immaculate as well. Lots of towels and toiletries. Well stocked!
Airport transfers would have been a plus point. Other than that, an excellent stay!

It's pretty good 5 star hotel. 1.5 to 2 KM's away from masjid al nabawi. But still they provide shuttle every 20 mins to gate No: 6 of Al-haram. Breakfast Buffet is the deal breaker. It's very near to Pakistani Islamabad restaurant. Do have small supermarket below the hotel for snacks, etc. Reception staff can understand Urdu, English as well. You do get taxi's as it is on the right side of the Omar bin al-khatab road.

The stay in this hotel was good of course. The bathroom had a bath tub as well. But the vibe was not that much happening for me personally. The two beds in the room did not match with the third one because we where 3 of us, but I didn't understand what was the purpose of putting the fourth bed in the corner which was useless and taking our room space. Else the hotel is good and close to masjid in madina. Also there is a shuttle to the masjid but didn't understand their frequency or time of movement. Other from this service is good and things are also good.

Perhaps the smallest Marriott hotel I have ever seen. Not rated high by reviewers and rightly so. The hotel is a bit far from Masjid e Nabawi. A 6-7 minute walk to gate 6. They offer a shuttle service to gate 7 which is quite useless for ladies as their entrance is too far from gate 7. The shuttle is not that regular too. But still better than nothing. Rooms are pretty nice, the decor is a bit old.
The breakfast was pretty ordinary and so was the service of the restaurant staff. Not much recognition of your elite status with Marriott rewards. The housekeeping staff was courteous. Spoke to one manager Muhammad Farooq who was helpful and a reasonable guy. Rest was all quite ordinary about this hotel.

السلبيات افياش الفندق و بعض الكترونيات عطلانه و وجبة الافطار غير مرضية التلفزيون مافي قنوات عدلة و نوافذ الفندق مضروبة ما تفتح و في عندنا في غرفتنا نافذة منسمة ما تتسكر عدل و يطلع منها ازعاج الشارع و فيه مصعدين و لا تعطل واحد اشتغل واحد.

الايجابيات. السرير مريح و تكييف حلو و بين الجدران حاجز عن الصوت. خدمات و تعامل عمال الفندق نص نص فيهم الي تحس نفسيته حلوه و فيهم الي يبغى الفكة. كفاية انه قريب من الحرم.
