Best customer service. Very helpful and great staff.
Hassan helped me with car rental. As a visitor I was not sure how the process works. He explained everything and his English was great which made the communication really easy. He helped with car selection and advised on add ons. Prices are great as well. Highly recommend this location.

اسعد الله اوقاتكم بكل خير
ماشاء الله تبارك الرحمن درت كل مكاتب التأجير ولا ناسبني شغلهم لان ماعندهم تأمين شامل لاسمح الله صار حادث او شيء. الا بدجت جداً شركه محترمه ونظيفه وشغلها نظيف الله يوفقهم ويفتح عليهم اخذت هالسياره والموظف السمين شوي ماقصر معي اسأل الله ان يفتحها بوجهه ويرزقه من حيث لايحتسب + اخذوا علي الف تأمين وتم استرجاعها عند تسليم السياره

اسعار وخدمة مميزة، اخذت سيارة من المدينة وتركتها في جدة، التوصيل كان ابلاش ما دفعت غير اجرة السيارة، بينما الشركات الثانية طلبوا بين ال ١١٥ وال ٢٥٠ ريال للتوصيل فقط. شاكر الاخ الي كان في الركز اليوم، انسان جدا محترم بارك الله فيه

This branch is one of the best branches I have ever connected with they are humble and respectful. They gave me the most reasonable price for monthly rent between other car rentals. Totally recommend for car rental

If you want a Professional rental company and reasonable prices then this is the place.
There is one thing i wish Budget do it and its to make the cars with full of Fuel when we rent it same as other professional rental companies.

الصراحة من افضل شركات تأجير السيارات وحاب اشكر الموظف سليمان لامي شاب جدا محترم ولدية خبرة كبيرة في التواصل مع العملاء وكان جدا بشوش معاية

After using the rental vehicle for a day I noted the copy of the vehicle insurance was missing from the glove compartment. I went to the local Budget office in Medinah asked the representative if he could get / print a copy of the insurance for the vehicle which he was not able. He said he would have it emailed to me and I am still waiting.
