Budget Rent A Car

The branch was clearly understaffed. I don't understand why per. Customer has to take more than 30~40 minutes to process and has to make several phone calls. Is this due to the budget system or the on-site staff.
The credit card deposit wasn't enough. I would still have to sign a blank form with my credit card details, probably for subsequent traffic violations.

My only tip is to get to the airport on time, pay for your reservation on site if possible and be patient.

Very bad car rental company, a "big" company that cannot be contacted in any way. We picked up the car in Jeddah and the mobile phone number given by their staff was actually wrong. We couldn't get through. The switchboard was always on the go. You You can never find a staff member, and the email replies left in comments are also kicked back and forth. You can't find anyone who can really help you, and probably no one is willing to help you!

It was the worst customer experience during my whole trip to Saudi Arabia. I really did not expect it in a country that only recently opened up to tourists.

I booked and paid the car online, with an outstanding amount only for the additional driver. Did not receive any e-mail, but had a schreenshots of the booking and the payment transaction proof. Also, it was clearly stated that I will be receiving the final contract at the counter.

Once I came to the counter, they DID NOT HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT MY BOOKING; so they gave me the new contract FOR THE DIFFERENT (LOWER) CAR GROUP. In the new contract I added the extra driver and excess insurance.

At the end of the rental, they suddenly charged me as I have received the car I booked online, and added the insurance costs at the price I never agreed upon.

I tried to talk to them couple of times, but to no vain. I am now trying to find out what kind of rights foreign clients have in such cases.

It left a bitter taste of the whole experince. You would never think that someone in such a rich country would cheat you for 35 EUR. Funny thing is, after renting the car all around the world, I got cheated here for the first time.

Edit: Reply to owner's comment. It is a generic message from their side, i have already contacted them and they have all the details. They just do not care.

Rental Car company which offering Resident and visitors To get Rent a Car in reasonable price

التجربة كانت سيئة من حيث تأمين حقوق العميل. عند استئجار السيارة طلبوا مبلغ تأمين بـ 5000 ريال كتأمين للشركة، وكان شرط أساسي. وعند توفير المبلغ أخبرنا الموظف بأنه عند انتهاء 24 ساعة سيحتسب مبلغ إيجار يوم جديد، علماً بأن عقد اليوم ينتهي صباح يوم الجمعة وفي هذا الوقت لايوجد فرع متاح إلا فرع المطار بالمدينة. وعند الذهاب لتسليم السيارة للفرع، أخبرنا الموظف بأنه لايوجد لديه مبلغ التأمين ولايمكنني استلامه.
بما إنه هو الفرع المتاح فقط في هذا الوقت، المفترض على الشركة توفير مبالغ التأمين وكافة الخدمات للعملاء خصوصاً أنه كان هناك عملاء آخرين أيضاً بنفس الوقت. بالإضافة أن مركز خدمة العملاء كان مغلق أيضاً عند الاتصال بهم.
إذا كان على العميل توفير مبلغ التأمين عند استئجاره للسيارة، فلابد على الشركة توفير مبلغ التأمين للعميل عند استرداد السيارة.

I have a booking for a mid size car. Once I arrived to the office they says that my booking for a half spect car and they try to force to pay more for the full spect car this doesn’t make any sense. Why should I be charged for car spaces?
It is not my issue that they make a confirm reservation and do not have the car.
Worst experience ever.

They charged me 1400 Riyals without providing any reason and they didn’t give my 3000 riyal deposit back

No communication, very poor

اسوء شركة لتأجير السيارات خدمة سيئة ويكذبون بالكلام والهدف يحسب عليك زيادة ولا يستاهل نجمة والسيارات حقتهم خربانة

امس كنت عندهم على الساعه ٦: ٣٠–٧ المساء للاسف الموظف قاعد على الجوال اكثر من ٥ دقايق وانا واقف قدامه وهو يتكلم بمواضيع مالها علاقة بالعمل في الاخير مشيت

تعامل موظفين الإستقبال محترمة، الأسعار معقولة، تم استئجار سيارة سوناتا ٢٠١٩ واستلمنا منهم سوناتا ٢٠١٨ عكس المتفق عليه، ريحة الدخان داخل السيارة قوية، تحتاج صيانة دورية، حسيت انها موديل ٢٠١٠، أتمنى من شركات استئجار السيارات عرض سياراتهم في تطبيق rentalcars لتسهيل الوصول للخيارات وتسهيل إجراءات الاستئجار.
