Service is good.toilet and kitchen clean and good and room boy is god (lemon and sohag.

Room was small, crowded and smelt horrible, the furniture was half broken and the bathroom stinker and had a horrible shower that had water that somehow was also stinking. Room services continuesly ignored us when we were speaking to them and dealt with non of our complaints. The breakfast has a small variety of options with nothing proper besides toast, and poached eggs. The view was horrible, it was a joining roof with dead pigeons on it. Room service also did not clean properly.

The worst hotel I have ever been to, I wouldn't even come here if I was in a zombie apocalypse, the only nice thing was that I was close to the mosque.

Lemon was a amazing guy he helped us out with room service and did a great job celaned the toilet and kitchen and made the beds well.

Shahabudin was exceptional! He was a very nice and very caring. Always smiling and provided amazing service. We had two rooms and everyone (all the staff) we have encountered on the floors were very nice and helpful.

My stay was without any complaint from arrival to departure was seamless and its nearness to the mosque is superb. Also i did most of my shopping inside the building.

It was overwhelming to be there, Madina is close to our hearts. Service was kind of slow but rooms, especially there elevators were to fast to furious and spot on. Never had to wait for long time

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, only plus is it’s location, no where near movenpick standards, currently in here right now, firstly the toilet is literally falling apart, rooms very old bur worst of all is the toilet fan, it’s so loud and stays on the whole night and day, and if you call reception to complain they simply don’t answer unless you go down yourself, for the price the charge you’d rather stay in Hilton, in addition to this the iron is just as useless as there customer service, it burnt the clothes despite being on low setting

بنات الريسبشن لازمهم دورة تدريبية قوية عن استقبال العملاء و والابتسامة في وجوههم بتحسسك انك نازل بالفندق ع حسابها الشخصي. مكانو قريب من الحرم ومن باب الناس وهذه ميزة قوية فيه بس الاسعار ممبالغ فيها.

Almost excellent! Windows were dirty outside from the rain and crescents at breakfast were not fresh. Otherwise everything was extraordinary, from cleanliness to the view from my bedroom, staff was polite and so welcoming! The room was spacious, the bed was so comfy! Serenity ambiance as well and beautiful view of the mosque and piazza at breakfast made everything so inspiring! Thank you for this very pleasant stay!

I am very happy to stay in this hotel as its very near to Masjid Al Nabawi good hotel and we had breakfast at main restaurant. Breakfast was very good and big varieties specially live egg station staff also was very friendly and good attitude

الفندق نظيف و جميل ومرتب مساحة الغرفة ٤٢ وتحتوي على مطبخ صغير
الأفطار متنوع و المرظفين في البوفيه متعاونين. بس المفترض ان تتوفر قفازات للفطور و معقم.

يعيبه ان المواقف لاتتوفر بسهولة وإن توفرت فهي غير مجانية

وموظفة الأستقبال عند الوصول كانت غير متعاونة

الخدمة سيئه في الفندق لايوجد مواقف مخصصة للغرف المحجوزة مما يطر النزيل للانتظار نص ساعه لساعه حتى يفضى موقف مع العلم المواقف يتم الدفع بالساعه الانتظار عند استلام الغرف خدمة الغرف سيئه

الصراحه نظيف ومكان محترم الفخامه وتريب لوحات اسماء الله لكن الفطور كان جدا في عليه حمايه مع اننا سعودين المفروض سبيشال سيرفيس بس ماشالله قالو بس شخصين لغرفة فيها اربعه اسرةً بحضور الفطور نشكر اهتمامكم ووالله يهديكم ويشرح بالنا وبالكم

After 13 hours flight the check in lady Rokuya was rude and unprofessional, she didn’t helped me at all even she give me more hard time for check in, I waited more then 4 hours for check in,

Very close to haram, clean rooms and helpful staff. Thanks to Ms. Amal at the front desk we got to check in early and got a better room as well.

The receptionist made me feel like a was asking for a favor talking to him, so i asked for the manager and the manager was even worse! It’s really a shame to have a staff with such personality to serve the visitors of the prophet’s masjid.

I’m visiting all the way from the United States and I didn’t feel welcomed at all.

Wouldn't say loved it but it was good.staff was really cooperative. Good response.easy access to everything.had a partial haram view.beautiful.loved it everytime going down n walking around.but sadly due to covid many shops have closed.its really sad to see huge buildings closed n the hotels struggling to survive.

It was a beautiful stay, wonderful reception staff, excellent service, and thank you to everyone from the heart. I hope that every next visit will be a guest with you as before.

المكان جميل وواسع اخذنا غرفة 50 متر لكن السرير والمخدات غير مريحة الفطور عادي كان اهم شي عندي النظافة والرائحة كانت جميله ونظيفه

من اجمل فنادق في المدينة نظافة و خدمات و لديهم مطعم متنوع من جميع انواع الماكولات و طلاله على الحرم و سفل يوجد اسواق

كانت اقامة رائع جداً ، الغرف واسعة ونظيفة اسعار مقبولة ، خدماتهم رائعة جداً ، فريق عمل متعاون جداً ، البوفية رائعة واهم مافي البوفية شيف البيض (زين العابدين.) شيف فنان وذو اخلاق عالية الابتسامه لا تفارقه مهما كثرت عليه الطلبات ، شكراً للجميع

تجربتي معه دخلت على مواقع حجز الفندق وجدت سعر الحجز لديهم ٣٧٠ ريال حجزت لما وصلت دفعت ٤٧٤ ريال أي زيادة مئة واربع ريالات شاملة الضريبة والافطار و ١٠٥ ريال في اليوم اجرت موقف السيارة في مواقف الاجرة التابعة للبلدية الدفع عبر الجهاز ليصبح السعر الاجمالي ٥٧٩ ريال ، في صباح اليوم التالي الموافق يوم الجمعة طلبت افطاري الساعة ثمنية وثلث الصباح ، وقالوا لي اربعين دقيقة ويكون جاهز ولم يأتي الافطار إلى الساعة ١١ بعد اتصالات متكررة

فتواصلنا مع خدمة الحجز وقالولنا ان غرفتكم جاهزة وكلام غير صحيح يلي قالته موظفة الاستقبال

وبعد دقيقتين دخلنا واستلمنا الغرفة

How can a hotel staff misdirect you to another Movenpick hotel. Staff should be trained better. It was not a welcoming experience. We also had a call on the day of checkout that we had to check out. This was not a good feature. Will not use this particular Movenpick again. I have stayed in previous Movenpicks before. So I was very disappointed and annoyed about being messed about when arriving at hotel.

Nice hotel, staff is friendly, breakfast is great. It close by the Nabawi Mosque. Also has some shops, money changer, and laundry around. Inside the room there is Koran, praying Matt and Qibla direction provided. On the bathroom also has hairdryer and additional mirror beside the main big one on the sink. They also provide towel, and other bath amenities except toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is not too crowded compare to other side of Nabawi mosque, but it also good because it's feel safe to walk around and quite.

صراحه كسعر وخدمات في الأوتيل وقربه جدا من الحرم يجعله خيار رائع وموفق واعجبني جدا الغرفة صراحه كبيره مقارنه في اغلب الاوتيلات وميزتها وجود جلسه جانبه متكاملة بختصار لاتجد مواصفات غرفه عاديه فيه مواصفات التي اغلب الاوتيلات تجدهم لايضعون هذه الميزان الا في الديلوكس وماشابه والمشكله يضعون لها سعر خيالي فالموفنبيك اختيار ولا اروع

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's general presentation given its 3* rating. But I soon realised why ;

1. There is a state of art coffee machine in the room but much to my disappointment the pods have be paid for: - (

I feel that hotel that charges £110 + per night should not levy an additional £3 for the 6 pods. I would much rather it was included in the price.

2. House keeping is a bit hit and miss any problems reported are not followed up

3. The tv using RF technology and pictures are quite fuzzy and only three english channels

In this day and age it should be a smart tv

4. Breakfast generally is good to very good the cheese omelette is freshly made for you on request and it is delicious, the spread on the whole is adequate but not overwhelming for a hotel in this class.

5. The ceiling in the bathroom from the room above drips. There is a large stain in the reagion. Not sure about source of the leak. I have not reported this due to lackluster response to previous issue reported

I feel paying attention to these albeit minor issues will help the hotel to make a bid for higher rating.

Room cleanliness was not that good. Carpet had stains
Tea boiler is very slow and does not turn off automatically
Breakfast was good, and every other thing was good as well

Dear Movenpick Hotel Madinah

My stay at your hotel was very uncomfortable due to the fact my daughter suffered from bed bug bites on her body and we had to take medical treatment for that.

It ruined her stay and was a very uncalled for sad event.

I would sincerely advise to look in to this matter as it would save other guests and the reputation of the hotel.

Triple room, adequate space and large single beds, nice bedding and towels. Toiletries rather ordinary. Lights, TV, a/c, sockets all working as they should. Breakfast was a well-stocked buffet, well worth the price. Do try the Movenpick's own brand excellent yoghurt! Egg station, ful, dal, salads mini pancakes, hash browns etc, porridge, fresh fruit, you name it, they had it. Plenty of bread selection, which I really appreciated. The reception desk arranged for a Waqf wheelchair for us, which meant that the 2 block walk to the haram was made easy for us Alhamdulillah. Thank you Movenpick for a very pleasant stay.

Very close to Masjid Al Nabawi. A truly luxurious 5star hotel with all the essential amenities. The breakfast is amazing. Simply a wonderful experience. Especially if you are looking for a five star stay near the mosque so you can go there any time, this can be a good pick.

We stayed in this hotel from December 14th to 21st in a spacious and clean double-bed room.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is fabulous especially the pastries.
Regarding the room service, the Chef Moayad Allaham is very professional and of an exemplary kindness!
For the ladies, it is located close to the ladies entrance gates (Ali ibn Abu Talib gates n° 28,29,30). Just behind the hotel, Bilal Ibn Rabah Mosque and Bilal Market where you can find a souq and an excellent restaurant, just opposite the parking lot.
Insha-Allah we will definetively come back and absolutely recommand this hotel.

Check in time the Behaviour of staff was impressive & Excellent moreover service was outstanding.but check out time staff behavior was unprofessional and rude.overall its excellent hotel.

It is overall a very good hotel. There is now probably better in terms of luxury or proximity to the Haram, but the value for money offered at the time of booking was excellent. The hotel is a bit dated, but stays very clean and very decent!
Fairly easy to access hotel from the free Parking. Around 5 to 7 minutes-walk from Haram Ennabaoui Echarif.
Very correct Welcome at the Front Desk. My Silver status allowed me to obtain an upgrade to a very beautiful Suite: 2 Bathrooms; Living room; a large separate bedroom with King Size bed; a Dressing; a fruit basket and a thermos of Arabian coffee, which is much appreciated. The only major drawback is the outside noise, the room overlooking a Highway and the non-soundproof windows. I asked to change it, which was done in the evening because there was no availability. I was entitled to a similar room, and without noise! Suite 1028 is excellent! I got a late checkout. The staff at the reception very pleasant! Thank you!

Good hotel, yet somehow i'm getting shocked by every metal and skin i've been in contact with. Still Good hotel

Just another hotel at Medina. Not Movenpick standard. Location was decent but not also not so close of ladies or for that matter gents. However, local food restaurants were behind the hotel and across the bridge. They did not clean the room for 3 nights that we stayed there.

The Reception people was very rude they don’t know how to deal with the customer.
They open my door without my permission which is unethical and unlawfully I would not recommend this hotel at all

The location of the Hotel is great as it is right in from of Masjid Nabwi.
The only change i would suggest is the hotel bathroom needs updates specially the faucet position it was very difficult to perform wudu. And there was a constant strong pungent smell coming from the bathroom.

The rooms need to be well cleaned, the furniture is too old and very shabby.
Color scheme is not that good.
Poor lighting. It is need a renovation

Its a wonderful experience! Rooms are very comfortable and classy.there is variety of meal which is fresh and delicious! The most positive thing is that is just in front of masjid e nabvi.

The hotel claims to be a 5 star but it is no where close. They charge you Fairmont rates and get Holiday Inn ambiance and service.
Bathrooms are old, very old, dark colored tiles that need upgrading and kept clean. Its enjoying its name but the Mövenpick in Medina needs totally upgraded especially the bathrooms.

During my stay in Movenpick with my elderly mother, the staff made sure to acoomidate us in the best way. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and hospitable. I would definitely go back to Anwar Ul Madina Movenpick.

Room was good, but not cleaned properly. I found dust and broken hairs. Safe in the room was out of order, complaint has been submitted thru Mr. Kamal, it didn't fixed.
Mr. Kamal is a outstanding personal and a asset for the hotel, who has tried his level best to fix the Safe and the poor Wi-Fi in the room. I've made a several calls from the room to the Reception, no answer, service is very poor. I'm very much disappointed from the room. Hotel guest parking should be free or with nominal charges. Hotel charged too much, which is not a good impression.
Breakfast is good.
I went with my family and guests for the lunch buffet and she stop and loud to inform me, that lunch is not included in my package. I felt so bad in front of my family and guests. She is loud enough to inform me the price is 170SAR for 1-person. Please note: who ever is staying in the hotel he can afford whatever is the price.
I would definitely will not recommend this hotel to my family and friends and nor I'll try to come again. Thanks,

لا يوجد مرونه في وقت الوصول والمغادره وهذا امر سيئ جدا.
بعض الغرف قديمه ولا تستحق ان تكون لفندق 5 نجوم.
قفل الباب و بعض افياش الكهرباء خرب.
الخدمه جيده جدا وتعامل الموظفين ممتاز.

المكان رائع والخدمات ممتازه ولكن لا يوجد مصداقيه حجزالغرفه بمواصفات واخذنا غرفه أخرى أقل من الموصفات المذكورة وقدمنا شكوى للأستقبال بتغير الغرفه ولكن لم يتم تغير الغرفه إلى أن غادرنا الفندق

On Arrival at the hotel, the hotel had no wheel chair, I had booked my room 6 months in advance and clearly mentioned that I'll need a wheelchair. Please provide a bigger and better room for the disabled. My wheel chair would not go into the bathroom and when I asked for the hotel wheelchair I was told that it will cost me SAR50/= per hour. The room was very small, ment for a double bed, we were 3 of us & I paid for a tripple bed, but a another bed was cramped in with the 2 beds, there was no space to move around the room. The experience was horrible and I would not come to such a hotel next time.

This hotel absolutely rubbish specially for disabled people I requested disable room from London my agent but there is no disable room is strongly rubbish rubbish rubbish hotel I will give them rate is minus zero rated

Stayed here for around 8-9 nights, Its a five star hotel but it's not worth five star since the rooms are small Reception is busy. It's overall okay but still not worthy of 5*

Was there 3 weeks ago but must say we enjoyed it. Very close to haram. A big thank you to the front desk manager Mr Mohamad Faqi for his approach n kindness which conquered our heart. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family n friends.

غرف ضيقة جدا جدا ومتهالكه وقديمه ولا يوجد مكملات الغرف من فرشة اسنان او سليبر وغيره من الملحقات
والاجمل تطلب اكل من الروم سيرفس ويئتيك الويتر يطلب كاش فقط وعند اعطائه للمبلغ لا يرجع لك الباقي بحجة انه يبحث عن صرف وتنتظره وتتصل بالاداره عشان يرحع لك فلوسك!

Bathrooms were extra tiny, irons and iron boards were in very bad condition. Not worth it as compared to price and compared to other hotels in the same location. No prayer room/hall in the hotel.

Stayed in this hotel from 13 to 18 November. On arrival at the reception, usual welcoming gesture was missing, may be it's typical local culture unlike normal global practices.

However hotel environment is generally ok, you get complimentary arabian coffee and dates in the reception lobby.

Rooms are quite spacious and nice with electric kettle, tea and coffee making arrangements. Rooms are cleaned regularly.

Complimentary buffet breakfast menu is generally ok, but staff appear to be unable to manage as tables are not cleaned timely and set for the new guests. Often we had to fix our own table collecting spoons, plates, napkins etc. Never expect a tea spoon, as you will get a flat wooden stick like in fast food shops to make your tea or coffee.

For assistance you have to call "0" but some time you may get misleading answers, e.g I asked for timing of Azaan for Tahajjut prayer. Reply was there was no such practice in Masjid un Nabawi which was not correct. Actually you hear the Azaan at 4am. Also for solving my room wi fi problem I got 3 different types of answers. Being frustrated I personally managed to find the IT splst Mr. Zia who was so helpful. He constantly followed it up and made sure my wi fi problem is solved. He is really an asset for the hotel.

If you are old and have walking problem, then this is not a good location for easy access to gate 25 or 21 of Masjid un Nabawi for ziara as it is a bit far away from the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel is a reasonably good place to stay.

I really enjoy staying there. The food was fascinating, the room is wide, and we can hear the sound of adzan even when we are inside the room

Bath room is so old and it needs renew its ground and corners.

Good hotel. Close to the gate for men but for women slightly far. Lifts were having technical issues while I was there. But I would unfortunately like to add while leaving the hotel the luggage carrier stole my travel kit when I gave them a few minutes when I went in the room to check if anything was remaining. So maybe you should take not leave your bags unattended for even a second.
