Bad service rude behavior uncooked and tasteless food had a very bad experience with them will never recommend this restaurant ever again

NO TASTE, NO SERVICE and on top of that RUDE BEHAVIOR with customers.
Ordered butter chicken that came within 5 mins. Got UNCOOKED chicken dipped in oil.
Asked them politely to change, they took it back in the kitchen, cooked it up a lil bit and bought back.
Again told waiter as the chicken was not cooked well. He started talking DISRESPECTFULLY.
Went to the cashier, told him the scenario and he asked us to wait. For the 3rd time, they brought the same Uncooked meal.
Upon talking to their manager on the cash desk, he said "neither we can replace the order or nor we can cook u the same dish again as it will be wasted, everyone is eating but only you have the issue. We're here for years maybe youre coming to the restaurant for the first time". Well we left paying for what we ate.
They're literally using the name they've built over the years and expecting people to eat whatever kind of thing they serve.
Things happen, its fine but employees should be ethical enough to accept their mistakes. Pls avoid this restaurant and save your hard earned money by eating where you can get some value for that.

Below average restaurant, biryani is not close to biryani taste. Quantity is very leas. Not worth it

Be careful while paying bill they include 40,50 Riyal extra in your bill.if you check and ask about this they will remove if you will not check then they will charge.its happened with me twice.

Today my experience was very bad. I use to come here from last 20 years. Always appreciate their food taste. Today first time I complain due to food was uncooked. As I believe this is not a big thing, can happened anywhere in the world. But the issue when I complained to the serving waiter his behavior was very strange. First he misbehave the way my intension was wrong. When I showed him blood in the food which is the sign that food was not cooked well. Then I went to the main counter and complain the same. Main owner of the restaurant on vacation as per his son.
We left all the food and paid the bill amount. At the time of leaving I again complained the cash counter that uncooked food is not an issue but the way your waiter act is unacceptable for any customer. Same time the waiter try to hit me aggressively. Someone from the restaurant stopped him but he was continuing misbehaving and using abusing language. I got shocked on his behavior. I left in shocked as I was with the family. I don’t know is this normal in this restaurant. Everyone please take care while visiting here.

الاكل لقيت فيه صروصور وتحت الطاوله كان المكان وسخ جدااااا قسسم بالله ماكذبت بحرف واحد حسبي الله عليهم

We ordered brain Masala and Chicken Kebab. Brain Masala was so tasty but chicken kebabs are too dry to eat. Be aware before ordering chicken kebab.

One of the best and cheap restaurant in Madina. Food was high quality made and service was good.

Food was delicious, reasonably priced. The lamb dasti was a winner! Gets very crowded, so the earlier you visit the better.

Very poor service and stupid staff.will never go again i order the garlic non and they gave it at the end of dinner and then force to take it.

Need a taxi ride from masjid nabwi, but not too far.
No stairs to climb but one step down and entetance to the hotel has no ramp which makes wheel chair entrance a bit awkward. That cost them one star! Otherwise great but not a posh ace to eat food at very affordable prices.

Our intention was to visit another restaurant nearby with good reviews online however upon turning up said restaurant wad closed: (. This restaurant is next door and it did not dissapoint. The food was delicious and service prompt.

We tried them during our travel to medina
It's a good place to take your hajj thier for dinner or lunch.

We have been coming here everytime we come to madina. The quality of the food has gone down but if your desi food deprived then go here:) I have given this a 4 star because I found a hair in my food for the first time and well. I moved it aside but to be honest, what do you expect from a cheap desi spot with good food? They also have a family seating area upstairs where they have private rooms

I was so excited to see the reviews about the Lamb Dasti, but was I disappointed. The lamb roast is cooked to perfection, temperature wise and in relation to softness of the meat but there’s absolutely no flavor. No spices. Nothing. Its bland. And for a 100 Riyals, I expected something completely different. The service here is actually really good and they have a nice family dining area. The chicken 65 was good and so was the chicken Jalfrazee. The soups were tasteless, would not recommend. If it wasn’t for the service, I’d give it 1 star.

Some of the dishes that I bet you wont find anywhere else in KSA on a Paki Restaurant.

النظافة العامة للمطعم (طاولات و كراسي وممرات و روائح).
الايدامات غرقانه بالزيت.
ملاحظة حسب كلام مشرف المطعم المشويات غير متوفرة من بعد العصر الى العشاء لان عامل الشواء لايعمل في هذه الفترة.

Just had a dinner, Love BBQ Mixed, Brain Masalah and White Khahi, Naan are so soft. Excellent Service, Nice and clean family seating area. Easy parking.

I took some guests with me and it was my first visit to Al atbaq. The food was excellent specially the Lamb roast. Service was quick and fantastic. I recommend everyone visiting Medina munawwara Must go to this restaurant. Prices were fair and worth. Excellent job.

المكان نوعا ما جيد ولكنه غالي كان افضل في السابق عندما كان اسمه طباق ولما تم تقبيله للاسف قل مستواه وارتفع سعره

الزحمة يوم الجمعة ما شاء الله تسببت في انخفاض مستوى الخدمة مع احضار الطعام بارد نوعا ما ، اوصى بالكتف ويسمى (عثمنلية) لذيذة ، الاسعار زادت نوعا ما.

Came here on a Friday and was very very busy. As Friday is the weekly day off and Friday prayer at the Big mosque.the food and service was great.hot food and very tasty. They serve salad and yogurt surcharge extra. Their prices are a bit high for Medina but you won't be disappointed. They have a family seating upstairs and the place is clean at reasonable standard. We loved their mutton seeks. Best ever.

مطعم يبيع المأكولات الباكستانيه التي يقبل عليها الجنس الباكستاني وايضا السعوديين وجميع من يحب هذا النوع من الاطعمه غير انه ينقصه النظافه والاعتناء بالمكان

Pathetic taste. I ordered chicken biryani. Mutton karahi. Fish masala. Nothing was having any good taste. Very disappointed.

Pakistani and indian foods are available here. Goat roasted leg and tandoori chicken are their special dishes. Soups are also available here. Only little bit problem of parking.

تم اليوم الذهاب له الاكل جيد جدا الرز البرياني من الذ الرز الي اكلته ولكن نزلت تقيم نجمة لان الكاشير حاول استغفالي بعد الطلب قمت بمراجعة الفاتورة وقت الانتظار ووجدت ان العامل اضاف سلطة زبادي ب 6 ريال ولم اطلبها ولم يسالني واتمنى ان لاتكرر

حجاج اور عمرہ زائرین جب اپنے مکتب کے بے مزہ کھانے کھا کر تھک جائیں تو یہاں ضرور چکر لگائیں۔
اچھا پاکستانی کھانا خصوصا لاہوری کھانا ہے۔ مصالحے لاہوری اسٹائل کے ہیں اور کم یا بالکل کم مصالحے کھانے والے لوگوں کے لئے آپشن نسبتا کم ہیں۔ صفائی کا بھی نسبتا بہتر انتظام ہے۔

ماحول کے لحاظ سے پیسے مناسب ہیں مگر اگر کسی اور اچھے ہوٹل سے مقا بلہ کریں تو ریٹ مناسب دکھتے ہیں۔

فیملی کے لئے الگ پورشن ہے جو کہ اس کا ایک مثبت پہلو ہے۔ آپ دوست احباب کی دعوت بھی رکھ سکتے ہیں یہاں جس کے لئے اگر پہلے سے بتا دیں تو یہ لوگ اچھا انتظام کر دیتے ہیں۔

بوفے کا کوئی بندوبست نہیں اور نہ ہی ہوم ڈیلوری کا کوئی معقول انتظام ہے۔۔

سروس بھی ٹھیک ہے ابھی تک کوئی بد مزگی دیکھنے میں نہیں آئی۔ برتن اور بیٹھنے کا انتظام بھی ٹھیک ہے۔ بعض دفعہ اسٹاف تھوڑا نخرہ دکھا جاتے ہیں مگر میرے تجربے میں کوئی ناقابل برداشت بد تمیزی نہیں ہے۔

اپنی گاڑی سے آنے والے حضرات کو ہوٹل کے سامنے پارکنگ بمشکل ہی ملتی ہے۔ اردگرد بہرحال گاڑی پارک ہو جاتی ہے۔ سب سے بہتر آپشن ایک دو بلڈنگ چھوڑ کر ایک خالی پلاٹ ہے مگر اکثر رش کے اوقات میں وہاں بھی جگہ مشکل سے ہی ملتی ہے۔
