It's depend on the situation. As my opinion I have faced some issues while traveling back on vacation. I didn't get my vacation salary while going on vacation. And it's been 4 months I've come back after my vacation still I didn't receive any single rial as vacation salary. And my flight ticket cost about 24k Indian rupees. while returning and company gave me 940 rial as ticket charge in last week. I gave 2 star because the facilities given to staffs is not fare and very poor. But food is little bit acceptable while comparing other local companies. And of course it's a kerala company so do expect less facilities. But for a fresher it's a good platform to experience the type of works. So think twice and make a step forward. All the best.

Not good company۔4 month's delayed salary۔kerla based۔their own ruls to follw۔no HR policies۔no response for vacation or emergency situation۔unprofessional HR department۔not good food for North people's۔accommodation kept far from city that need taxi or or other mathod to go city۔ they don't provide vehicle for city۔even not eligible for 1 star۔ iqama not renewal on time۔one day absent tow day cutting۔HR depends only INSHALLAH and MASHALLAH hojaega etc

الحين اذا انا اطلعت من الشركة من سنتين وانا طالعه منها هل ارجع اقدم عليكم مرة ثانيه ام لا لان انا كنت اداوم في السفانيه الخفجي هل ارجع لكم مرة ثانيه واقدم للعامل عادي لان معي شهادة ثانويه عامه ابي ارجع في هذه الشركة من فضلكم ارجوكم ردو علي حق اقدم عليكم واجيكم في المكتب الجبيل معي اثنين شخصين يبون يقدمون عليها هاي الشركه

It's a great company. I have been working with this company past 3 years. Well organized & well salary pay.

I have seen that, few guys are making negative comments about this company. These guys are terminated from this company because of poor knowledge in their field and experience. I don't even know how they are making fake CV 'S to get a job.

This is Kerala management company worst ever company, they take work forcefully not paying over time money. Deducts money if you get ill. They make agreement of 10 hours but take 13 hours duty without paying over time money. Please never join this company

I don't have choice to rate negative. I never seen such unprofessional company in my career. They don't have even basic HR policies to serve employees but they do have some extra ordinary policies to suck the employee blood (Salary). If you are a proper professional, i recommend to dont join this company. Recruiting agencies have good relationship with MCCL to get cheap manpower.

Good accomodation Facility, good drinking water facility, Portable rooms with 2 bed and 1 bed facilities are available, One stationery is available inside camp, volleyball courts are available
