شركة كبيرة علي مايبدو ولكن توجد مشكلة بالنسبة لسياسة الشركة وهو عدم استقبال قسم الموارد البشرية اي شخص يريد ان يقدم للعمل مباشرة الا عن طريق الايميل.
تمنيت لو ان قسم الموارد البشرية يسمح بأستقبال طلبات السعوديين مباشرة وما عداهم عن طريق الايميل.
هذه الكلام من واقع تجربة حيث مررت علي الشركة في الطابق 12 وهذا ما حدث معي شخصياً.

JGC International is ever best EPC company I have experienced, its a customized cultured and professional company, employees and their facilities has taken in to consideration with high priority.

توظفت معهم سنتين مشروع كان حلو وكان ودي استمر معهم بس ماكان فيه مشاريع كثيره وعدد موظفين كثير تبقى الشركة الافضل في العقود مع ارامكو من جميع النواحي من ناحية راتب جدا قوي بيئة عمل جدا رائعه. يصير فيها دورات داخليه وكذلك دورات خارجيه ولها كثير عقود مع ارامكو ومع ارامكو لاعمال الخليج ولها عقد طويل مع نابكو اتوقع الشركة البحرينية للبترول وكذلك مع نفظ الخليج في الكويت وكلها تتبع ادارة الخبر على ما اتوقع. شركة جبارة خصوصا للمهندس الفريش راح يكتسب خبرة عمل تساعده حيل بناء حياته. وحتى الموظف الاداري راح يتعلم كثير من هالشركة مع التعاون من الموظفين والخلاص في العمل. ،

Dear guys, the below mentioned is true and kindly cross check with u r friends and friend of friends who is working in JGC
JGC HR and admin is the worst thing i came across, regarding technical department i dont have any concern
Normally JGC has lot of hidden policies, if u join there by 2019 and these guys will change some policy and say that this is our policy and u dont have any idea about that unless you are ready to fight
JGC is a local transfer iqama theif.while joining JGC they wont say anything and they will insist you to join them by local transfer, when u got fired or resigned they simply say we dont have ploicy of giving local transfer even if its u r own local transfer
1). For a multiple exit & entry visa JGC is charging 1200 SR (government fee is 500)
2) for a philipono guy they have charged 3000 sr for chamber of commerce stamp for his family visa (august 2019)
3) for final exit proof these guys are charging 500 Sr which is free of cost from other companies
People used to join JGC because they believe that they wont get fired bcz of project situation, however things got changes now (verify with your friends in JGC)
So i kindly advise people who are looking for a job in JGC, kindly inquire your friends about the etc charges which are implemented by HR and admin and also the project status
